Waterfront vacation rentals in Petrčane

What an amazing place, everything was just as described. Zelijka was an amazing host very attentive when needed. The views from both the balcony & rooftop terrace are to die for. There is everything you need within walking distance, shops, cafe's, bars, takeaways & restaurants. We visited various local islands & towns either by bus or boat & they were all easy & cheap. Croatia is a beautiful country & we will 100% be returning.

Maja is a great host, very friendly, always quickly responded. The apartment was great, clean, very well-equiped, newly renovated, great also for stay with children. There are lot of shops, bakery and restaurants very close to the apartment (max 5 min walk).

I can 100% recommend this apartment. The old town is in a walking distance and you are literally in front of the sea (very nice for a quick swim). Jadranka is a wonderful and lovely host, who even gave me a rose for my birthday! Everything was fine and we definitively plan to come back!

Amazing location and view of the water. The water is literally a staircase from the unit, excellent for swimming and water activities. Studio is simple but clean and well equipped. The wifi was a bit weak and slow, but everything else was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

The place is in a great location, parking is not a problem. Supermarkets are within walking distance and you can walk along the sea to the ferry to Zadar. In the apartment, everything is available that is needed, TV is only in Croatian or you log in to your streaming services, then take a TV stick or Chromecast. The bathroom is spacious and can accommodate everything. The beds are super comfortable and the sea in front of the door is refreshing. The location is quiet, but there are bars right on the water. Sabine was always very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back

We had a short family vacation at Sukošan during the off season and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and spotless clean, communication with Vinko was quick and easy. The location is great as you can enjoy few beaches in the vicinity, as well as needed infrastructure (like supermarkets, restaurants, etc) by foot. If opportunity comes - we would gladly come back and stay in this apartment again!

We can recommend Davor's apartment 100%. The location directly on the sea is fantastic. We have rarely had such a perfectly furnished apartment. There was nothing missing. Davor and Suzanna were very helpful and nice hosts. Our car was well accommodated in the existing underground garage and we could use the bicycles for free. Always happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week at Antonija's place. She is a super nice, helpful hostess who was always available and gave us very good tips. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the water. Sukosan is a charming village with beautiful promenade and great cafes, bars and restaurants, the shops are within walking distance. The location of the place is perfect for excursions to the national parks, Zadar, Sibenik and Nin. Check-in/out and communication were smooth. Thank you for the hospitality and the lovely stay! The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

The location of the apartment was perfect for our holiday. Right on the beach, quiet and yet excursions to Zadar or the national park were still quickly accessible by car. Dragica was very friendly and always quick to reach. The apartment is well equipped and the barbecue on the terrace downstairs has beautified us an evening or two😊.

In the house, everything was as described. The only thing that was surprising was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is not quite as quiet as hoped. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so the naturalness has unfortunately been lost. But unfortunately that's so common in Croatia now. But these are really just little things. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house with a great location.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

It was a very nice apartment, with everything you need. Very easy to reach by car and with a beautiful view. You only have to walk 100 meters for a lovely beach. Communication with Petra also went very well. The only downside is that there is no shutter so you wake up very early in the morning. Otherwise really a top space so thank you Petra!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!
