What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Truly magical. We felt so blessed to find this place and to be here. Absolutely gorgeous. Our flight was delayed and we got lost and the owner waited until midnight to let us in. The house has everything you need. We had a wedding in the area and the house had a hair dryer and hair straighteners! The balcony is perfect and we cannot believe we were lucky enough to stay here. Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can directly look out over the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and much more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Overall, absolutely recommended - it makes you feel right at home- we would love to come back anytime. Our rating 5 stars + Best regards from Joanna and Bogdan.

very nice house, with large garden, well maintained. The location is very convenient for getting around the region. You can get to Assisi in 10 minutes, Perugia and Spello in 20, and Gubbio in 40. The only note to consider is that there is only one shower in the house, so for 5 guests it may not be very comfortable. There were 3 of us and everything was fine.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Our stay at the Limonaia exceeded all expectations!!! It is an incredibly beautiful home with a gorgeous view and in a great location. There are tons of amenities and the house is very comfortable. Francesca was the kindest, most responsive host, attentive to every possible need and question that we had. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Francesca!!!

This space is an absolute GEM. A beautiful home with all amenities you’d need to feel taken care of an at peace. I don’t have words for how kind, helpful and accommodating Vittoria was before and during our stay. She is the perfect host. The space is very aesthetically pleasing, full of history and character. Huge spotless bathroom made me feel like a queen. Kitchen, living room and terrace all gorgeous and allowing for quiet, healing time at home in between day trips to all the amazing Umbrian towns and countryside. Vittoria gave us a tour/taste testing of her olive oil making. It was incredibly delicious, interesting, educational and beautiful. We bought a bunch of oil and homemade noodles to fly back with us for family and friends. Thank you so much for this beautiful property to rest at during our travels in Italy. The trails in and out of the olive groves, the grapevines covering the terrace out our back door and your wonderful caring heart, Vittoria, made our stay unforgettable:)

We both throughly enjoyed our stay and found it to be very peaceful home, whilst we explored the local region.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sylvia's. From check-in to check-out, everything worked smoothly and Sylvia was always available to us to clarify any questions. The place is well furnished and there is everything you need to spend a relaxing time there. For a relaxing time, the accommodation is worthwhile anyway, as there are no other people apart from the other guests within earshot and sight who can disturb the fantastic tranquility on the hill. This is then sweetened by a very trusting dog. The place is perfect for relaxing or as a starting point for day trips, but without a car you won't get far. If we could have, we would have liked to have stayed longer and would be happy to come back.

We rented an apartment for 5 people in this house. The house and the surroundings are beautiful, it was very clean inside and everything smelled like lavender (you could tell the host wanted to make us feel very welcome :) ). Beautiful and well-maintained interior – everything looked just like in the photos.

What a fantastic getaway! We loved stayed at Rita’s place and soaking up the peaceful Tuscan countryside. The interior space was so charming, and the exterior landscape was a dream. Rita made us feel right at home, and even had a bed and high chair prepared for our baby. She helped us decide where to eat and do wine tastings, and each recommendation was 10/10. Thank you Rita!

Beautiful property. Staff were amazing, responsive and friendly. Location ideal for visiting other cities by car. Exactly as pictured. Breakfast which was added on a day to day basis was spectacular. Very relaxing sitting on patio and by the pool.

Very nice apartment, new furniture and fully equipped, clean in all parts. The balcony is delightful and it is pleasant to have breakfast there in the morning. It is easy to find parking, and if you can't find it, a garage is available for the apartment. Elsa and her husband are always available and give advice on places to visit. Recommended

We loved staying in this Apartment. The location is perfect. Beautiful views. Excellent for a relaxed holiday, where you can chill out and enjoy Perugia. The kitchen is great, you can cook and eat in every night if you want. The living room is fantastic with a great selection of music and books. Christina was a perfect host.

Simonetta really is the hostess with the mostest, The room offered is spacious, spotlessly clean with quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. Fabulous beamed high-ceilings make the room feel huge, And the large windows let in lots of natural light. The bed was super-comfortable, And the floor - for a very old building its beautifully tiled and squeak-free. From the outset Simonetta was on a mission to ensure we made the best of Perugia, with excellent recommendations for things to do, see and eat. We've visited Perugia many times over the years - but with Simonetta's help discovered even more to love about Umbria's capitol, Perugia. Grazie Mille, We look forward to visiting again.

Everything is perfect, the host Roberto is very kind and helpful, even with tips on the area and practically accompanied us to lunch, the apartment is beautiful, characteristic and in a really convenient and suggestive location, everything is really positive!
