Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Perugia

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un lungo fine settimana di maggio L'ambiente e la location sono bellissimi, nelle colline umbre verdi e lontano dal traffico e dal rumore. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare l'accesso ma Bianca ci ha dato supporto telefonico. La casa è provvista del necessario per il soggiorno. Suggerisco di portarsi qualche genere alimentare di scorta perché la casa è un po' lontana dal centro abitato, circa 2 km, nei dintorni però c'è un panificio raggiungibile anche a piedi, anche se non vicinissimo

Riccardo, contattato via messaggi, è stato sempre puntuale nelle risposte e super esaustivo nelle indicazioni riguardanti l'appartamento, vari consigli su dove parcheggiare e su come arrivare alla struttura. Cassetta di sicurezza per la chiave quindi check in molto rapido. Appartamento pulito e in ottima posizione per visitare montepulciano a piedi. 4 bottiglie d'acqua a disposizione e tutto il necessario per fare colazione. Lo consiglio

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

We highly recommend staying here! From the day we made our reservation, Caterina was in communication for everything we would need, as well as local recommendations. When we arrived, Caterina and Otello were present to make sure we found the exact location, got checked in, and had everything we needed. We loved learning the history of the home and surrounding area! The home was perfect for our large group, four adults and four small children. A beautiful, historic building that was beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean. There were three bedrooms/sleeping areas and a bathroom upstairs, and a bedroom and bathroom downstairs as well. Beautiful views from the home, and a very short drive to super markets and the town center. Many thanks to Caterina and Otello for their hospitality- we highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. It is in the perfect location-steps from shops and restaurants, yet incredibly comfortable. It is a short walk to the train station. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional responsiveness from Cintamani. She answered every question we had, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and even called a couple restaurants for us and made reservations on our behalf. We had a spectacular time and would 100% stay here again. If you are visiting Spello-stop looking and book this place!

Host molto gentile e disponibile , la casa si trova in una via deliziosa di Foligno a pochi passi dal centro , semplice da raggiungere a piedi con disponibilità di parcheggio nei dintorni . Ambiente pulito e ordinato . Consigliato

We loved staying at Anna’s apartment and she went over and above on helping us. She picked us up at the bus station and drove us up to her place, then she explained where things were as we drove through the village. When we got to the apartment she explained how things worked and where things were in the apartment. There was a little language barrier as she doesn’t know a lot of English and we don’t know a lot of Italian but we were able to figure things out with her and she was very gracious and patient with us. The apartment is right in the heart of the village with plenty of stores, restaurants and wine tasting rooms near by. On the day that we were scheduled to leave we had a problem getting a taxi to get us back to the train station, even though we booked it the day before and we messaged Anna and she got right on it and got it done for us. She is a God send. We will definitely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to come back to Montepulciano.

Spacious, comfortable. Had screens on windows. Ivana was a wonderful host and was readily available. Felt like an Italian home, not a generic rental unit.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

We enjoyed staying in this luxurious apartment. Even though we stayed only one night it was spoiling and we had a beautiful views!

A very elegant and spacious apartment in a fabulous position with great views . Cristina is very engaged and a helpful host, fabulous communication. Bathroom was particularly spacious with great shower. Would thoroughly recommend.

Simone was a truly fantastic host. He was always so friendly, eager to help, and checked in with us every few days to make sure everything was okay, but never to the point it felt like it was encroaching on our privacy. Both check in and check out were super easy. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. I’d go as far to say it’s the best airbnb I have stayed in. The photos don’t show just how many areas there are on different levels which is great if you like to have a bit of privacy or different views every now and then. We loved watching the sunset over Tuscany each night. If you find steep hills a bit of a challenge, you may have difficulty walking to/from town, but this is no problem if you’ve hired a car. Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

The villa was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Swimming pool with toys outstanding. Pizza oven and bbq fun to use and a beautiful peaceful garden. Walking distance into Castiglion which is a beautiful old town. Would love to return.

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Very responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. We hope to come back sometime. Very private and peaceful, a nice change from touristy, busy parts of Tuscany at the end of each day.

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!
