A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

A wonderful stay at an amazing apartment. Apartment is actually larger than it looks in the photos, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Had everything in it that we needed, and it was great to have a washer/dryer available. Bathroom was spotless when we arrived, great shower as well. Balcony/terrace is huge, and a perfect spot for people watching and looking at the boats. Also great for watching the sunset. Nice and quiet, can barely hear any noise from the bar a couple of minutes away when on the terrace and nothing at all with the doors shut. The marina has some great places to eat and drink, beaches within 10 minutes and supermarket/shops about a 15 minute walk away. Victoria and Brodie are excellent hosts, very friendly and respond quickly. They very kindly agreed to let me have the apartment for a few extra hours on our last day, at short notice. I couldn’t recommend the hosts or the apartment enough. Would 100% stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. A fantastic location within close walking distance to everything we wanted to see and those sunsets were spectacular. Great communication from Nicole and we were even able to gain early access which was appreciated after an early start to the day on the east coast. The apartment was just as described, neat and well appointed and I’d definitely recommend to a friend.

From initial booking through checkout Louisa was incredibly responsive and friendly. Her apartment was one of the best appointed we have ever stayed in - there was everything we needed. Some lovely initial provisions were provided by Louisa. The apartment was even nicer than the photos. Extremely comfortable for the 4 adults who stayed there, and could easily accommodate 6 adults. Beds were comfortable and linen was fresh. The automatic boiling and cold water tap in the kitchen was a blessing. Lovely views from balconies, which afforded beautiful sunsets. An easy stroll to the beautiful Cottesloe beaches and several great restaurants. Very convenient, secure parking. Would highly recommend Louisa’s place and without doubt would consider returning.

What a fantastic place, view and stay. Exceeded my expectations, would to stay here again. The hosts are incredibly helpful and responsive. I had a few issues and they were immediately on to it and kind in their responses despite my difficulties. The view is really amazing, you won't be disappointed. Comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen, and a great bathroom. The place is very tastefully presented and designed, there's lots to look at and has a retro feel (reminded me of growing up a lot). As the hosts clearly describe in the listing, the parking in the garage is (very) challenging, or at least it was for me. You want to be good at reversing. The place is on the third level with no lift, so that can be tricky with luggage, but that's why you have such an amazing view. Once you are inside you will be very happy and can enjoy (and the windows actually open, unlike some newer places). Highly recommend, great spot and a huge park is nearby for exercise.

We saw two dolphins from the upstairs balcony on our first day there!!! The location is incredible, with views over sunrise from one side and views over sunset and the marina just a few steps away. The hosts were very helpful when sorting out the check-in! Overall a great stay! We’ll definitely go back!

Absolutely amazing beautiful hidden gem! It was the perfect place for the family and myself, extra comfortable, peaceful and so pretty all around!

Easy to navigate, clear check-in instructions, and as usual both Rachele/David are responsive to my queries and needs. My 2nd stay here was the same as the first one except for the small issue with its SpaceB platform but Rachele got it sorted out swiftly. Complete facilities are provided in the house from kitchenware to laundry, bedding, and basic entertainment making our stay in Maylands an enjoyable one. My family enjoyed our stay here and would definitely not be our last one in Maylands. Thank you Rachele once again for making sure the check-in is seamless and providing us with a comfortable stay throughout.

Home has a lot of character and is in a beautiful location. There has been attention to detail. The Serpentine River is right in the front yard and it can be seen from bed in the main bedroom. We saw a quenda from the kitchen window, countless birds, and dolphins in the river.

House is beautiful, spacious and clean with great selection of cooking/serving utensils and plenty of crockery/cutlery for large groups. Host is easy to communicate with and very understanding. We stayed as a family of 11 which included two elderly grandparents so all the rooms with ensuites was very handy. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much Cathy! Just a suggestion if there could be lights on the jetty that would be excellent so can fish bit longer as its so lovely and peaceful.

Stunning views and excellent recommendations made our stay even more special. The house was warm, cosy, and felt just like home, with the most breathtaking scenery. Watching and listening to the ocean was the perfect way to begin and end each day. Thank you for having us!

An absolutely lovely place to stay for our annual whole-family trip! The pool table, table tennis and beach gear were a big hit with the kids, the house was roomy and beautifully set up for us. 10/10 no notes!

Our stay was excellent. This was our first time staying in airbnb and it couldn’t have been better! Very happy with the price, location, apartment and communication with the host. Something so simple but that we really liked was the power boards next to every bed. Travelling with a baby & 5 year old means we had lots of stuff to plug in & the power boards were so handy! Will definitely stay again 😊

this is my first time to Perth, and I found this airbnb, the place is comfortable, close to the places I want to visit. this airbnb is also located in a strategic place so that going anywhere is not far from this airbnb. the place is clean and comfortable. the view is nice both morning and night.

We had a great time at Mary’s place. Relaxing and enjoying everyday. The view is beautiful and the location is very easy to access Fremantle by car or walking. One free car parking is so handy to our 8 days stay. Mary is a very good host, responding very quickly to all messages, the instructions she gave us is clearly and helpful. Early check in and late check out is another bonus for us. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fremantle.

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Location location location This little trip was all about our Mum and spending quality time with her. Mum loves nothing more than the ocean and loved the view from the apartment. Mum also has mobility problems and this apartment was ideal. We could easily wheel her out to enjoy a walk, watch the sunset and eat at one of the many restaurants. Would love to do it all again!!

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything
