The homestay is located right in the heart of Perth’s CBD, making it an excellent base with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, always ready to answer any questions we had. The only downside is the lack of dedicated residential parking, which can make parking a bit of a challenge. However, overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

Great deal and location to be near Fremantle and Perth. Spotless kitchen and place, very easy and clear instructions to get in. Two bathrooms, one in master and one common with two queen beds. Suitable for 4 guest. Guest will have to climb up one flight of stairs so not suitable for accessibility needs.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

We had a great stay apartment was clean and tidy location was perfect great view from the balcony enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony and Liz was a great host highly recommend this property

You won't find a better host than Lina! She was so kind and thoughtful, with helpful advice on what was happening in the area, where to shop and even provided me with some lentils when there was a shortage in the shops!!! how's that for service? I was there for 9 weeks, and Lina found the perfect balance of being helpful and available, but also allowing privacy. She was so kind and generous, but I always felt as though I was in a peaceful, secluded and relaxing locale. The home itself is beautiful, with everything you could need for a short or long stay, but not cluttered and beautifully decorated - even a couple of pieces of Lina's original artworks on the walls, which add class and a bespoke, personal touch. I cannot recommend Lina and her property highly enough, and will definitely want to stay there again the next time I'm in Perth. A beautiful place, space and host!!

Had an amazing 8 night stay in April/May. Space was perfect for 4 people and had all the home away from home comforts. Close to local parks and only a short Uber into the city, we felt it was the perfect base for sightseeing.

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect—central, convenient, and close to everything. The space was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything needed for both work and relaxation. I had a great time, and the friendly neighbours were a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay again

We stayed at Buu’s home for a month, and it was really cozy. The bedrooms were totally silent and dark at night, and the beds were that perfect balance of firm yet comfy. The laundry machine and dryer were super powered; our clothes were bone dry at the end of the reasonably short cycle. Thank goodness for a great dishwasher!!! Towels and sheets were plentiful. The kitchen had every utensil we needed, and they were high quality. We felt totally safe going for walks after sunset. Initially, we thought the neighborhood was too quiet, but we discovered some really nice restaurants within 5 min walks. The crown jewels of the neighborhood are Hyde Park (so gorgeous) and Bobridge Gym (super reasonably priced with a huge spectrum of equipment and really nice people). Easy to get an Uber to any other part of the city. Buu responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this home.

dellas house was close to the beach and shops, inside the house was stocked with anything and everything you might find the need for we especially loved the surprise of the games that we found! loved pictionary and jenga! just a short stroll to beach and shops but was in a quiet and peaceful area we would definitely stay again if we are in the area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leon's place. Leon's hospitality truly made our experience exceptional! He was not only a gracious host but also showed us immense kindness throughout our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, and Leon went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable Airbnb experience.

Overall it was good there were a couple of things that could have been better. There were only 3 toilet rolls, went to use the BBQ and there were no gas, we only had 1 towel per room when there were 6 of us and finally the shower was cold.

The Loft was a very comfortable home with the amenities to provide a great experience. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee machine and other appliances. The beds were comfortable. We were really impressed with the decor which reflected the beach themed location. I living room looked out to a tropical paradise garden. We plan to come back again soon.

Julie’s place The Occy in Bayswater is a great location close to shops ect and i love the fact Julie allows us to bring our little pets too . Julie was nothing but helpful and super accommodating to our needs , i would not hesitate highly recommending The Occy for your stay in Perth already looking forward to our next trip 👌🏼🫶🏻❤️🌻☀️

The house was really beautiful and very spacious. Very impressed from the moment we walked in. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and crabbing. The host offered us complimentary early check in and late check out which was really lovely. The place is also in a great location.

We had a great stay, enjoying the farm animals, the birds and beautiful trees. The location is very good, we could reach the airport, city and others easily from this location. Shopping mall and post office only 3 kms away. The description of the house and how to find it was excellent. Very detailed and helpful instructions in the house, too. Everything was very well explained and we could reach Phill easily when we wanted. Very clean and spacious house. We had a very happy stay there and can only recomment it.

Lovely and cosy place to be. Loved the jetty and all it has to offer.
