Vacation rentals with breakfast in Perth

This Airbnb was perfect for us… our family lives around the corner. It was well equipped & Jason had thoughtfully left us some fruit, teabags, coffee pods & milk. The bedrooms were large & beds comfy. Some shops & small mall was walkable distance. The house had great space & Netflix on the large tv. There were gaming consoles too. They had a washing machine & dryer. There was a bbq but we didn’t use. Nice garden furniture too. Bathrooms were lovely & nice hot water. We’d definitely recommend staying here. You’d need a car (if you don’t have local family to drive you) as not sure what public transport is like.

We really loved out stay in Nicole’s space. Very spacious and beautiful. It has all you need to live: cleaning and cooking supplies and an amazing variety of DVDs. The space is super clean, private and a short walk from the beach and Freo center. We would live here for years if we could!

This charming cottage in Guildford exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a spotless and beautifully decorated space that felt both cozy and luxurious. The setting was surrounded by lovely gardens, making it the perfect escape for our little Perth trip to catch up with family. The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, along with our milk of choice and a lovely loaf of sourdough bread! We also had a little plate with cheese, crackers and home made condiment, freshly baked muffin’s on arrival. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the patio or curling up by the tv in the evening, every moment here was pure bliss. We can’t wait to return!

This place is such great value in a very handy location, close to all the attractions of Fremantle but quiet with convenient off-street parking. The house is very spacious, perfect for a family. It was our second stay here and the hosts are just as welcoming and friendly as they were a few years ago. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

house is beautiful, plenty of eating places within walking distance. highly recommend Indian restaurant called Vatican. yo chi frozen yogurt was a daily visit for us. The only downside to this property was the size of the pool. property has 5 double bedrooms.There was only one lounger and if 10 people got in the pool you wouldn't move

Allan is always the best host, from the big basket of fresh fruit he supplied to the helpful tips on the area. He is always prompt with his replies to anything that we ask and I highly recommend his place. We have stayed here a number of times and hope to be back same time next year.

Wow, where to even begin with our stay at Bec’s beautiful little getaway at the ocean reef stay. The reviews don’t lie, quite possible one of the best air bnb’s we have ever stayed in, it really felt like “home” away from home! The house was immaculate and quaint and has every amenity you could possibly need. A short walk to the most beautiful beaches or a 5 minute drive to the nearest shopping centre for all of your needs. Bec was extremely helpful in fulfilling our needs and going above and beyond to provide us plenty of information for our first time visiting Perth, she is amazing! We loved our stay so much that we extended our initial one week stay to just over two weeks. Ocean Reef and the Getaway at Ocean Reef Stay will always have a place in our hearts. We hope whoever books this in the future enjoys it as much as we did. We will also miss Turbos Dave through the fence 🐶. Grace and Jack xx

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Silver Street Studios. Judy was super helpful and made us the sweetest food basket upon arrival. The house was very clean and spacious with an artistic vibe. There are many cafes and restaurants within 100-500m of the house as well. The beaches nearby are stunning also. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Fiona was very responsive and extremely helpful with our check in and check out. The accommodation was perfect and well stocked with everything you might need including a lovely loaf of sourdough and other goodies we enjoyed! The outdoor area was an absolutely lovely place to relax and share a meal! We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Fremantle again 😊

Katie was great... She's warm and friendly, she responds to my questions quickly. Her place was lovely. It's clean, quiet and is everything we needed. I highly recommend the place and would stay again if looking for a spot. The garage was awesome, my car was safe and secure to park inside. 5 stars all the way!!! ☺️☺️☺️

Coastal Vibes is well located nearby Trigg Beach, with a quick walk to the cafe strip and shops. The unit was clean, neat and well kept and the host was very helpful. Access was clearly communicated and I would happily recommend staying here with a family.

Such a wonderful little unit. Ideal for my daughter, partner and I to stay at, as it was close to the venue that we needed to attand for the 3 days. Clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Lovely area with not much traffic or foot traffic. Igor was a wonderful host, with clear instructions and speedy replies to all messages.

The landlords are a very friendly, responsive and helpful couple. It felt like a separate apartment. Good location close to the sea and parking is easy. Public transport is also a good option.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for me being so close to work. Amy and Ian were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would happily stay there again.

If you’re looking to kick back and relax, feel pampered and unplug from the world, this is the perfect place for that. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful hospitality. The bed lived up to the hype - so comfy! And the brekkie was so nourishing and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

Easy going and a really comfortable stay. There were other guests there, but the way the place is set up made it pretty accommodating & she has a great spa... almost swimming pool size.

This was one of the best Air bnbs we have stayed in. An awesome space to spend the time with our two little ones on school holidays. Trish was welcoming and warm and really nailed attention to detail. We really felt at home and so relaxed. Location is superb being a short walk and you're right in the heart of everything.. Libby was the dream hostess with the mostess 🙂. Super friendly, communicative and provided everything and more we could wish for! Amazingly clean and comfortable bedding! Libby went out of her way to follow up and ensure all our needs were met! An amazing alternative option in Perth that boasts a pool, bar area, pool table and cinema room! We would absolutely come back to stay in this homestay! Thanks guys

This experience was a gift. We left feeling like we should have spent more time with Anthea and Sandy, along with their friend Yuri. From the moment we entered the house, we became the recipients of their kindness & graciousness. Anthea, especially has a calm and inviting energy that makes you feel at ease right away. She also made sure to respect our personal space as well. We will gladly rebook this place in a heartbeat, just to spend more time with these amazing people. P.s the dogs are adorable, especially Teddy!
