Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

This house is a gem and we have been so lucky to stay here twice. Elizabeth is an amazing person who communicates quickly and is so helpful. If anyone is on the fence about this house don’t be because it’s worth it!

We have stayed here several times and it is always amazing. The place is clean, well stocked and in a great location. Salty Air Retreat is peaceful and has beautiful views of the sound. We enjoy the gazebo, dock and boat slip. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We can’t wait to visit again!! Janelle is pleasant and gives timely, clear instructions. She’s a wonderful host!

Really enjoyed our stay with a group of 14. The house is spacious and laid out well. It was easy to access the beach. We loved the pool and it is decently private with the fence. Would have appreciated a slightly more well stocked kitchen, such as better knives and Tupperware. The place could also use some more towels, especially beach or pool towels.

Great stay! Loved the location and all the space at Michelle's place. We appreciated that the condo was well stocked with the necessities and the numerous beach items for use was an added bonus, especially when staying with kiddos. Definitely recommend as a great spot for families who want to have space to relax and enjoy the beach!

Great place for a family with kids! We had enough room for our crew. The neighborhood/beach is walkable but the shuttle is also great. The place was well equipped with games, baby items and kitchen supplies, which made our stay even easier.

From the minute we walked through the door I knew I had picked the perfect place. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. They added little extras like snacks and even treats for the dog! The pool is literally right out the back door! The fenced in yard was great to have for our dog. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The beach was beautiful and within walking distance. We had grandbabies with us so we drove because we had to take so much stuff with us. The bay side is very close and beautiful also. The sunsets are magnificent from the bay. My favorite feature was the gate on the front porch! We were able to sit on the porch every morning and not worry about the kids falling down the stairs! Ric and Amber thought of everything! We didn’t have any issues so we didn’t have to contact them. I just can’t say enough good things about this place and I highly recommend this property! Thank you Ric and Amber for sharing your beautiful home with us! We would love to come back

This is such a great place! We loved the hot tub and use of the kayaks and canoe. It’s so quiet and scenic. It’s not a place for loud, noisy parties. It’s a place to enjoy nature and relax and be at peace. We loved every thing about it!!! We will definitely go back!!!

We stayed for the sand in my boots music festival and the location was great. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. We had a festival shuttle stop right out our driveway. The beach is beautiful and the pool was warm. We would love to come back with our whole family.

Always love staying at Turquoise Place! This condo was great. Kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils/ pots and pans. Great view and enjoyed having enough room to spread out a bit on vacation. Hot tub was spotless and they came and checked it daily.

We had a wonderful stay at Emily’s place at the Turquoise Place. I was there with friends and two 6 year olds. They had the time of their lives. So much to do on the property and nearby to entertain. The condo is perfect. Very very clean and comfortable. We all felt at home instantly. I would love to stay in her place again. If you are looking for a place, do not hesitate to stay here you will NOT be disappointed!!

Condo is quite large and very comfortables. Lot's of space. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensil, glasses and plates you need, stove and oven worked great. Lots of towels. Huge dining table fits everybody at dinner. Great balcony with a big table and many chairs. A closet packed with beach toys for the kids. impressive ocean view from 10th floor balcony and there are two of them giving you a 180 deg. view of Orange Beach. Multi level parking lot structure attached to complex with carts for your luggage and automatic door opening by push of a button. 4 elevator to get you to your floor fast. Front desk personnel very professional and checked in fast, gave us wristbands and registered our cars with a payable pass that you can use to go in and out your entire stay. Complex is very safe. Clean beach. Communication with owner was a 10+. We all loved the condo vacation! Very pleased, highly recommended. Thank you to Cannon and Kim for making this such a great experience!

Sarah was very pleasant to work with and checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. The bed was very comfortable and was clean upon our arrival. Check in was easy and location was close to everything. I will definitely rent again from her!!👍

House was clean & inviting, views were stunning, location was amazing for a family getaway, local bar & grill had great food with fair prices. The hosts were responsive & checked in on us after check in to see if we needed anything. Our family will definitely be back to visit!

Bonnie was a wonderful host. She was truly invested in making sure my family had a wonderful vacation. She's a great communicator and easily accessible. The condo was extremely clean, particularly the bathrooms. I would like to know how they clear the sand in between guests! The kitchen was well appointed for all our meal prep - we only ate one meal out. We appreciated the updated fridge with ice maker and the large capacity, easy to use washer/dryer. Both kids and adults loved the easy access to the beach with complimentary chairs/umbrella, numerous pools, and the lazy river. What a great surprise to also find easy access to the bay right by the lazy river. My kids loved looking for shells and hermit crabs in the shallow, calm water. We had a wonderful time and made life long memories. Thanks for everything, Bonnie!

The cottage was exactly what I needed for a short get away. The waterfront view was absolutely amazing. Steve and Tara are very welcoming and kind! They also have some sweet pups walking around. My aussie was sad to leave one of his friends he made! The location is perfectly far away from all of the crowds, but a short drive to multiple beautiful beaches.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cottage, everything that is posted is accurate to include images. We have been coming to Pensacola Florida for years and usually stayed at the hotels so this was the first experience we had using Airbnb and due to Ella’s hospitality we will continue to use Airbnb when we travel. Ella was very responsive when I had questions. As new empty nesters our 2 dogs are like our children and it was amazing to bring them with us to share this experience. This couldn’t have happened without the opportunity Ella provided us to bring our pets. All in all this was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage and Ella if you are looking for the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola Beach.

Such a relaxing stay. Wildlife in abundance!! Pizza/Italian with live music right around the corner.

Thank you for renting us your house for the 10th - 18th. We really enjoyed ourselves. We brought our boat and went to Crab Island, Juana’s, McRee Cove to see the Blue Angels and then to the FloraBama. We cooked crab legs and oysters we got from Joe Patti’s and ate outs with the sunset in the background. We really had the best time. Thank you again.

Absolutely loved staying here. I grew up in the area and Sally’s place is a perfect location for enjoying the beautiful beach and walking to Peg Leg’s for food/drinks. We are ready to go back and stay another week. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

First impression was great & remained great! The bottom floor was spacious with full kitchen, full bath, comfy furniture, slider that opened to porch overlooking a lake. Beautiful! Upstairs are two full bedrooms with plenty of storage. Beds were comfy w/great linens. The outside storage contains a washer/dryer & beach equipment. Definitely a 10 - the space was a lot better than some small hotel room. Very close to the dog beach, which the dogs enjoyed the beach and lake with ducks/frogs. And just a walk to the public beach. Did have a problem with the door code but the host answered back quickly. However, the issue was resolved. The area was great and felt like not on vacation. We will be rebooking!

Great place! Private and quiet! Rented kayaks and SUPs, and it was perfect! Loved having the beach to ourselves!
