We really loved this place — it’s cozy, easy to find, and full of sweet memories! Even without a car, it’s super accessible. We took the ALSA bus from downtown Valencia, then walked about 15 mins — smooth even with two suitcases! Frederique gave us lots of privacy — we barely saw her but felt well taken care of. The room used to be her daughter’s, full of cute manga, Kuromi, and Japanese vibes — we felt so at home! There’s a little kitchen, a comfy sofa, and even a computer. The area’s perfect too: Carrefour and Mercadona nearby, and great jogging paths! If you want to go to the beach, a bike helps. Don’t forget sunscreen — I got tanned a lot haha! We also experienced a once-in-a-century blackout here — wild but unforgettable! Thanks for everything, Frederique! (´▽`)♡

Fantastic place, we loved it. Lea was helpful and super communicative from the start. The house is very well appointed, much bigger than it may appear on the photos, the garden is peaceful and sunny in the afternoons and evenings. Will back for sure! Many thanks, Lea!

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen and Victor’s place! They were absolutely lovely hosts—always helpful, informative, and incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. Their communication was felt very personal, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell that the place is special for them and they take amazing care of it. Victor even came out early one morning to clean the pool and garden for us. He is also an incredible artist who has his work displayed all over the house! The house itself was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well cared for. One of the sweetest touches came towards the end of our stay, when they left Easter eggs for our son. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even more special. Thank you, Carmen and Victor, for your warmth and hospitality. We’d love to come back someday!
