Extremely polite and attentive host, when I arrived he showed me all the market and convenience points near the place, and they were really very close, I hardly used the car. My reason for staying at Vila Bellica was because of the proximity to Amaral Carvalho hospital, and it really is very close. I didn't have any problems with the items in the house or any serious repairs needed, only one day I needed help from a professional and in less than 1:30 hours Claudia had already sent someone to see the situation, the person fixed what I needed and it was great, very fast, attentive and polite. I highly recommend the place, great cost benefit for those who need a place like I did. I would like to thank everyone, the host, the service guy, the people inside the condominium who don't make noise and are always respectful. Thank you, I recommend 10/10.

A very good place to be with friends and family, we didn't miss having utensils and we were able to enjoy a lot with tranquility and comfort. The house was well maintained and organized, we would come back another time!

The Stadie was great! The house was clean, the location is excellent and the contact with Marli was super smooth.

The price for the place is very fair and consistent, the air-conditioning works very well, it has a stove, microwave and good refrigerator, close to the house there is a square with many food options and the neighborhood is very quiet.

We spent a carnival holiday on site and could not have been a better experience. From the beginning, with the contact of co-host Marjorie, we were well received and the instructions on entering the condominium were clear. On site, we were received by Ângela, a resident of the condominium who assists the owners with the check-in. Ângela was very friendly, it gave us several recommendations of places to eat and visit, as well as instructing us with the comforts of the condominium, which is very large. We need, during the stay, to talk to Marjorie and, even though it was a carnival holiday, the answer came quickly. The house is great and also has new air-conditioning in all the rooms. It has 2 large refrigerators and one more beer, able to accommodate drinks of 9 people peacefully. The condominium is very beautiful, clean and wooded, with tour options for people of all ages. Recommended!

Valéria and her mother are very kind and always helpful. The house is cute and the pool is amazing! The heated pool water was the highlight! Even with a rainy weather we managed to enjoy it a lot! I already want to go back!
