There is no Wi-Fi. 1.9 km from Hospital Estadual and UNESP. 5 km from Vitória Régia Park 6 km from Rui Barbosa Square (Downtown). On Avenida do Hipódromo, there is a UPA (Emergency Care Unit), restaurants, bars, a pizzeria, an ice cream shop and a number of stores within a 500-meter radius. Furnished apartment in the kitchen and bathroom with cabinets! Master bedroom with wall air conditioning and the second bedroom is wardrobe, if you need it you can use it. Housewares are fully available including Airfryer Philips Walita original. It has 8kg washing machine, ceiling and floor clothesline, depending on the sun, it dries quickly for another day. In the condominium now, there is a mini 24-hour market, right next to the concierge! You can feel at ease 😊

Above 2 nights there is an option of a heated pool with extra cost (contact the host at least 5 days before the rental), electric and efficient heating to ensure heating on colder days!!! Casa na campo, with easy access to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, center of Bauru. Minutes from Therma Piratininga, Shopping Calçado Jau and Airport.

The laundry area features a counter with three high stools and modern washing machines. Clear signage provides instructions, and the space is designed with bright lighting and neutral tiles, creating a clean and functional environment for guests.

Cozy cottage on a farm 7 km from Bauru. The house has 2 en-suites and a third bedroom, living room, kitchen, laundry area and balcony. It has Wi-Fi, which can fluctuate depending on the day. The farm has a swimming pool, vegetable garden, an extensive garden and plenty of space to walk, watch the sunset and relax in the hammock in the trees. The caretaker and his wife live on the property. The houses are far apart, so there is plenty of privacy for guests.

The stay was great! The apartment is extremely clean, well maintained and very cozy. The location is also excellent, with great restaurants nearby, which made our experience much easier. The only downside was access to the building, which only works by facial recognition. As we were staying via Airbnb, we did not have this access, so we needed to call the concierge every time we entered, both through the main entrance and the parking lot. This turned out to be a bit of a nuisance. But, apart from that detail, the place is wonderful and I would certainly stay there again. Ideal for those seeking comfort, practicality and a good location.

The apartment is extremely clean, organized and comfortable. Quality bed linen, bath, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and soap are available. Something that helps a lot so you don't have to carry it in your suitcase. The refrigerator is available to store larger groceries. And the view is wonderful to enjoy the sunrise and at night.

A cozy bedroom features a spacious bed with a light-colored bedding set. Two wall-mounted lamps provide soft illumination beside the bed. A decorative macrame piece hangs above the headboard, adding a touch of texture to the neutral-toned walls.

The stay was super quiet! Hosts were always willing to help and would serve me quickly. If you follow the rules of the condominium, there will be no problem! The site is a bit far from the city center, but nothing to harm locomotion, the neighborhood is quiet and local commerce is quite varied. The sunset is always worth it!

This is not the first time we have rented this aedicule, we came back because we really liked it a lot!!! João is extremely attentive and does his best for the guests... Kitchen equipped with utensils, has tables and chairs, no need to worry about these items I recommend it and will return in the future without a doubt!!! Thank you!!!
