Monthly Rentals in Peconic

We had an amazing stay celebrating my 40th birthday. The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Michelle was extremely responsive, helpful with local recommendations and was a pleasure. The views at the home are breathtaking, and how cool is it to have a separate she-shed/man-cave!?! We would not hesitate to go back again and stay here again next year!

WOW! This place exceeded all our expectations. Whenever we visit the North Fork, this will be our first choice (if it’s available). The location is perfect—right next to must-visit vineyards and only a quick 10-minute drive to Greenport’s Main Street. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—a true gem for being so close to all the activities we wanted to enjoy. Callie was fantastic: responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t recommend this stay more and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We've stayed at Mae's lovely house several times, in many different seasons, and once again it did not disappoint. Excellent fireplace, comfortable furnishings, nicely equipped kitchen, stylish bathroom. And the gorgeous view of the pond and its abundant birdlife is always a treat. We can't wait for our next visit!

My friends and I enjoyed our 2 day visit to Ben and Jessica’s house. It was well appointed and very comfortable for 4 people with 2.5 baths. The time of our visit coincided with the Long Island wild fires. The hosts were very flexible and generous with their cancellation policy, even allowing us to cancel at the last minute if we were not comfortable. Luckily, the fires were contained and we all had a wonderful stay!
