We are nestled in one of Atlanta's best intown neighborhoods. Our space is designed with luxury hospitality in mind: great Wifi, a full kitchen stocked with local coffee from Portrait, a Saatva king bed with high quality linens, and a pool. At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. Private and Quiet Basement Apartment in the most sought after area in North Atlanta. Located in the crossroads of Roswell, Alpharetta and Johns Creek. Easy access to GA 400 and North Point Mall as well as the Avalon for shopping and dining. The popular Ameris Amphitheater for concerts is about a 1.5 miles away. Downtown Alpharetta is less than 10 minutes away. Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, coffee and select restaurants.
