Lovely apartment and suited us perfectly as it was only 15 minutes away from Goodwood Motor Circuit! The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed for our stay. Stuart gave super clear instructions which made check in and out seamless. The parking was great and easy to find!

Caroline is a very warm-hearted host. My stay was exceptionally pleasant. The room was better than expected: it was a small apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, and large living room. I can highly recommend this bnb.

As it turned out my wife & I caught a cold from Hell at the last moment, and because we were visiting an elderly relative in a care home and the other house guests are also of a certain age we decided not to go , but here is the comment from the two guests who stayed . “ Everything was fine, very well equipped, a little shabby in places, excellent position and parking worked well.” From my side Phil made everything run smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. We had a great stay at the Garden flat. It had everything we needed and was a great location for local cafes/restaurants and the beach. Parking was easy too. Jane was a great host who was very helpful. She also replied to messages very quickly. We would definitely recommend the flat and would love to come back.

It's a lovely flat, with comfortable beds and a superb view of the sea. Loved being there. All instructions super clear - thank you Caroline. Lots of amenities nearby. Buses to Hastings are ok, but get the Stagecoach app to see if they're running to the timetable.

My children and I had a lovely time at the apartment. It was very clean and had enough space for a small family. The x2 shower rooms were a great addition to the apartment. Quiet and safe location. Near to cafes and trendy clothing stores and a nice walk to the tourist sites close to the beach. I was extremely glad to be able to offload our belongings at the apartment before parking elsewhere.

Cosy, spacious, homely and comfortable- we loved Jonathan’s flat. They were kind enough to let us check in early, super friendly, and lovely. The flat has everything you could wish for and more, we loved the extras for the children (plastic plates, cups etc) it made it so easy with young children. It was warm and my daughter said ‘it was the best nights sleep she ever had!’. Thanks - we will be back!

Very responsive, lovely house exactly as we needed

This is the second time I have stayed at Michael Paul's home, a very homely feel.. Always available if you need to contact, a welcome pack on our arrival. A nice outdoor space to chill in. we will be back again. many thanks again Michael.

The property description and photos give a very accurate representation. Beds were very comfortable, house was warm and spacious. Thankyou for a very pleasant stay.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

Great place and great location, close to Rye, the beach and to plenty of farm animals :)

A decent town house close to everything Brighton has to offer with the added bonus of dedicated parking. OK in off season but small courtyard garden hardly gets any sun so in summer some could be dissapointed. Had a small issue with the shower screen that led to a flooded bathroom floor. Owner quick to respond and he will fix it. We said not to worry whilst we were there and used towels tomorrow up.

The apartment is perfect decorated with real style . Beautifully set up and a superb location. Jaclyn is super helpful and responds quickly - and has a great sense of humor. My 86 year old mother loved it !

We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Amazing apartment and spotlessly clean. Everything there we could have need and Tammy even assembled the travel cot for us. Thank you.

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

We had a lovely stay in Tunbridge Wells. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very quick to respond and informative, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips, which made the stay even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay again.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was lovely and as described. Location was perfect, on the seafront and facing the i360. It had everything we needed. It was very clean (we’re not the type of people who go looking for dust as nowhere is spotless!!) Bed settee could maybe do with a mattress topper but it was ok for a couple of nights, the king bed and single bed were very comfortable and a very high standard of bed linen. We will definitely stay here again.

Just got back from a 2 night stay and we had a really lovely time. We came down for a concert at The De la Warr Pavilion. Owen came out to greet us and showed us round. Both were very friendly and the extra special touches like milk and biscuits were really appreciated. The place was spotless and very comfortable.
