Hotel vacation rentals in Patnem Beach

The house is the same in the photos. The biggest advantage is the location, right on the beach. The cottages are at the end of a large beach in agonda so it's quiet and secluded. The restaurant run by the host offers delicious food with an amazing view of the sea, sunsets and the sound of the waves. If I were to go back to agonda, I would definitely stay here :)

The stay was amazing, we loved our time at Manveer’s place. The surroundings were beautiful and the food was amazing. Helpful staff and a gratuitous host.

I stayed in Vivenda Dos Palhacos for 6 nights in January and I truly wished it had been more. It was a real joy to stay in a heritage home but particularly this one hosted by Simon and Charlotte. I stayed in the Ballygunge room which had a seriously comfortable four poster bed. What I loved was the gathering for meals / drinks and the amiable atmosphere generated by the hosts and wonderful staff. It’s a cliche to say it has an ‘old world charm but that’s exactly it. Service at all times was excellent with care and good humour. Guests also have the option to dine out and received good advice on local restaurants. The beach is not far away - one of the staff dropped me on the first day but I cycled on other days. A highlight was having a cocktail in the evening before dining - I was particularly lucky in joining other guests who were immensely warm and entertaining. As a female , solo traveller , I felt very well supported- but it’s for everyone. I highly recommend it. Enjoy!

We recently stayed at Khama Khetana, nestled deep in the jungle, it was an unforgettable experience! The location was serene, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature. The cabin was well-designed, blending perfectly with its environment, offering both comfort and rustic charm. Waking up to the sound of birds and dipping on their private pond was a highlight. The host was attentive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful, off-the-grid retreat!

An amazing place to stay if you want to enjoy nature and serene beaches of south Goa. The rooms were very neat and clean. The best part of this stay was its staff (very polite and helpful) Special thanks to Bijaya who went extra mile and allocated the room before the check in time and helped us throughout the stay. The breakfast served was really good. I’d highly recommend.

Decent room with a good mattress and mosquito screens on the windows. Quiet at night and close to restaurants and walking distance to the beach.

We had a blast at Vivenda dos Palhacos! The place is picture perfect beautiful, we had 2 different rooms during our stay (starting in an a/c tent nestled into the far end of the garden, which was magical, followed by Konnagar Room, which was majestic). An amazing place with a super friendly and helpful owner, wonderful staff who took great care of all our needs. Lots of great local food and beaches all in walking distance. We rented a scooter for a couple of days (arranged through the staff) which gave us great mobility in the vicinity. We embraced every minute of our stay and will be back. Guaranteed!

This hotel is located just across the famous Palolem beach. We got a poolside room, and it was absolutely clean. Service was really good, and they also have a swimming pool that can be used. They also have an in house restaurant, and the food was great! Will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and good stay at Palolem beach!.

It was wonderful stay for sure. Our Car broke down and Abhishek was kind to take us to buy few things and dining place at odd late hours. Super kind and humble staff .. breakfast was sufficient and healthy. The place was very neat tiny and luxurious. I loved it.. felt home away from home. Book it right away.

Amazing stay!

The host was amazing and took care of everything for us! He was prompt and helpful. Our stay was absolutely amazing, food prices are reasonable, beach is beautiful and just 1 min away. Colva beach is one of my favourites! Thank you Vipul!

We loved staying here - every moment of it. It was so relaxing and we had fun too! The vibe, the staff, the host. It felt like the true Goa. The room was clean, better than the photos online - with lovely touches of the wooden cupboard, bathroom tiles, the framed picture over the bed. It was clear that someone had designed it to be not just a place to stay, but a wonderful experience to remember. The bed was so comfortable. The host was very helpful, polite, and friendly. All of the staff on the property were just so nice, obliged our requests. It was just a delight to have them around. The beach is a minute's walk away. Most popular restaurants and the ones with great food in South Goa are just a 5 minute to 20 minute drive away. The pool was clean, and just the perfect spot to unwind. We watched beautiful birds come by in the day and the stars at night. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks for everything!

Place is lovely and maintained quite well . Our issue was only the meal .We had a club sandwich and the French fries were awful . Also the breakfast included in the cost had only dishes like paratha,puri bhaji ,idli but no cold cuts etc .Only eggs .This was only drawback. But otherwise very good property.

It was extremely fun and vibrant stay. The theme adds upto the charm. Host communicates everything very well. She was helpful throughout. People at hostel are friendly and welcoming. Overall great time here.

This is the best place I’ve ever seen in Goa. I’ve been to lot of resorts near by , even the named luxury resorts can’t beat this beautiful and scenic place. When i come back, this is only resort I’ll be going to. Thanks Apurva and Inderjeet.

This was my 4th visit to Goa and I have not yet encountered a better luxury stay. The place gives you a homely vibe once you settle in your respective cottage and ah, what do I say about the sea view you see right after waking up! It’s mesmerising! And the place serves awesome food, specially their prawn biryani. The staff will do everything to make your stay a comfortable one. We are certainly going to visit again with a bigger group next time :)

We enjoyed our stay at Om shanti residence. Nanoo has been a great host, friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable and true to the pictures. The place is really pretty and is nestled in the colorful corner of South Goa, from where the beach is just a walkable distance. The host was friendly and helpful; he allowed us to check in early as we arrived a little before the check-in time. The ambience of the place was lovely, and we loved our stay here. 

the villa was awesome.. right near to the pool. parking space , restaurant all top notch. lastly zubin was available for assistance in person and also over calls. the famous colva , benaulim , varca beaches are just kilometres away
