Monthly Rentals in Patillas

I loved this location! It was on the water and the sound of the waves on the rocks below was like magic. If you need a place to get away and relax this is it. There is a mini mart upstairs too with available conveniences. All of the attendants at the mini mart are also very friendly and helpful . The outdoor restaurant was also great, we got food there and togo and both times spectacular. Bartenders friendly and attentive, food very tasty. Location exactly as described, perfect for myself and my husband. Thank you!

My stay at this Airbnb was simply spectacular. The place exceeded all my expectations: it was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed.

My favorite Airbnb I've ever had! To get it out of the way, my only issue was Kevin was not as quick to answer as other hosts I've had. To be fair I messaged him a good few times but I had to wait a day to see if I could add another night and get some questions answered. Other than that, the place was absolutely perfect (which is why I added another night even though I had my next place already paid for). Kevin's instructions on how to find it were very clear and as someone that usually struggles to find places, I didn't struggle at all. My finca was so cute and comfortable, the grounds were beautiful, and the animals were all so cool. The dog Brownie was my favorite, he went on walks with me everyday. Kevin was also kind enough to let me take snippings of plants around to farm to make art with. I bought groceries once and spent my whole 3 days at the finca. At night I heard waves crashing and coquís singing. The farmer Jose shared some sugar cane and talked with me the morning I left.
