It can be easily reached with a small road about 300 m long (in case of snow,it is accessible on foot).The chalet is 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Passo del Tonale and 15 minutes from Marilleva 900.

ACCESSIBLE BY A 5-MINUTE DRIVE UP A DIRT ROAD WITH A 4X4 VEHICLE. The price includes a luggage transport service by jeep or quad. In winter, the road is impassable due to snow, so you need to walk up, with a walk of about 20 minutes.

The structure was completely renovated in 2019 and is on three floors.
