We had a great time in the warm lodge of Agnès and John. They were very welcoming when we arrived and were available throughout our stay when needed. The lodging was in impeccable condition and in a very good location! The exterior is also very well maintained and very pleasant. We are delighted with our stay, beautiful peaceful villa, good location, large kitchen with lots of amenities, very comfortable bedding. Walking distance from the house to the lake, I recommend this villa to you, it's completely safe.

The studio is perfect for a weekend for a couple. Very well equipped!! The views are beautiful and the terrace is very nice. Thank you for this trip! However, it is a sofa bed so not the most comfortable.

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

This was our first time in Annecy and we had the best time. The apartment was located perfectly within walking distance to the town center. Lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and we recommended it. If you don’t read French the washer/dryer combo is a bit difficult to use. Other than that, we’d definitely come back!

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

Very good host, will give you detailed check-in information, and is very attentive, the house is like a magical world, the children like it very much, suitable for families to stay and spend a wonderful time by the lake.

Beautiful environment, convenient transportation, 50 meters from the house is Carrefour, life is very convenient, the room is fully equipped, pots and pans are all available, the whole house is very clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, homely, there is also a large terrace, the host is a very good person. It's my first choice to come back next time

Excellent apartment for our family weekend! Clean, functional, pleasant, the balcony is a real plus, breakfast on the terrace, in the sun, with mountain views, really very nice! The place is beautiful! Hiking, paragliding, swimming... everything is there to have a great time! Bakery, small supermarket, bar... everything is on site, no need for a car! Great communication, thank you!

Jonathan was super flexible and helpful. Flat is really well laid out for a family or friends sharing. The location is superb. Really a terrific find and good value.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

We really enjoyed the week in the cozy cottage. The lake with beautiful swimming spots is within easy reach. Michelle was responsive at all times and had good tips for us. Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

Quietly nestled in the small hamlet of St Martin overlooking the Chéran Valley, the house is very pleasant to live in. This restored old farmhouse has kept its authenticity while offering perfect comfort. The large garden has stunning views of the vast landscape. The area is preserved, surrounded by farms that produce very good products to discover. A few km away, in the village of Lescheraines , you will find everything you need. Great stay so at Yves and Aline's who made us feel very welcome.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.
