Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Passy

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Very clean and spacious. Views were incredible and Elodie was very responsive.

We had a lovely visit to chalet Florissant. The chalet is very comfortable with stylish decor. We enjoyed the large living space with log burner etc and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The chalet was well equipped with everything we needed. We skied daily taking the gondola from Samoen village which was a 10 min drive and 8 Euros to park for the day. Sixt itself is very pretty with a handy supermarket. We would definitely recommend the property to others and we would love to visit again one day.

The stay was very nice. The place is quiet and peaceful. The decoration of the house is very pretty. We'll be happy to go back!

The villa was as shown in the pictures, the garden with a swing is huge - plenty of space for children to run around. The villa is privately located, with beautiful views of the lake. Maryline was very friendly, easy to reach and responded very quickly to inquiries.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and offered a truly stunning view — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The fenced property was a huge plus for us, as it made it easy to bring our dog along without any worries. We really appreciated the privacy and peaceful atmosphere. Although the house is located directly on the road, it didn’t bother us at all. There isn’t much to do in the immediate area, but if you’re looking for rest and relaxation, this is the perfect spot.

We had a wonderful weekend in this cocoon between two mountains. The setting and subdivision was very peaceful and the house with its swimming pool and Jacuzzi just incredible for a time with friends. Thank you so much. We would recommend it in a second.

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

We had a great stay in Annecy at Les Eaux Vives. Everything was communicated very clearly and in advance of check in and check out, even sending reminders, which was great and worry-free. The agency which handles the booking for the host was very responsive at all times. The place was lovely, well equipped and clean. The kids loved the "nook" beds upstairs and everyone had a great stay. The surroundings and the view were stunning! We met the host on a couple of occasions, very nice and welcoming. Would book again.

We spent this short stay in a true haven of peace. Everything is done to relax and enjoy the place perched in the heights of Lake Annecy. Bernard and Ta are exceptionally kind and welcoming.... We hope to be able to return soon.

Great house in secluded area of the campsite, very near dog friendly beach and all the sights of the lake. Turid was very responsive to the queries we had. Recommend.

Great stay in the Mazot de Charly, change of scenery and calm guaranteed, I highly recommend this getaway!

Martino's accommodation is very pleasant, built and furnished with taste, the result of culture and modernity. It is near the village of Morgex, close to the thermal baths of Saint Didier, Courmayeur and Aosta. Everything is 10 to 20 minutes by road. For those who love hiking, it's on the road that leads to La Thuile and Lake Arby. I'm glad I found it.

Great chalet near the bus stop to Morzine/Avoriaz. Looks a bit like Soho Farmhouse (iykyk) and was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the living room. The shared hot tub was a treat, perfect for group trip. We would love to stay there again.

Very nice accommodation, magnificent view. Very soothing terrace. Louis and his wife were very nice. Close to Annecy city center and its surroundings.

Beautiful scenery and wonderful accommodation ! Private and yet easy to locate. If you are looking for a getaway that is peaceful and relaxing, this is it. Plus the managers were easy to communicate with and so very helpful. 😊

Our family Christmas in Gruffy was simply amazing in this beautiful dream home 20min from Annecy. Comfortably slept the group of 8, and was so nicely setup with loads of amenities. The gym, spa and sauna were a real bonus Nicolas was an exceptional host, giving us loads of recommendations before our arrival, and left the house setup magically for Xmas. He even arranged for it to snow heavily for us on the night we arrived, so our kids experienced their first white Christmas! Nicolas even drove 5 hrs through the night to help us with a minor technical issue that could have waited, but he insisted on getting to us ASAP to help. Legend.

It was a short but very satisfied holiday for me and my wife. In addition to the impressive atmosphere of Chamonix, Collineige’s place we stayed in was also very pleasant and comfortable.
