Designed for 2 people, we tried to arrange a small cozy nest with as many amenities as possible (washing machine, dressing room) the 140 x 200 bed (semi-firm mattress) is ready upon arrival. Located on the hillside of Passy, facing south, we are 1 km from the highway exit! Starting point for ski resorts (on average 15 km away) or beautiful hikes all around, we are also 40 minutes from Annecy and Geneva

Close to Chamonix and Saint-Gervais, the apartment (about 45 m2 – 1 bedroom – separate toilet) is located on the ground floor of our chalet. Quiet, southwest facing (terrace), ultra easy access, new, bright, and cheerful. Close to everything (ski resorts, Mountain Store/Quechua, swimming and recreational lake, walks, Thermes de Saint-Gervais, Mont Blanc Tramway...) it is ideal for exploring the Mont Blanc region. New, cosy appartment with great view. Close to Chamonix / Megève. Apartment of 38 m², ideally located, quiet, neat decoration, completely renovated, facing the Mont-Blanc chain, the Aravis, Mont Joly. Two shopping malls three minutes away. Exit 21 of the A40 motorway at 1 km. Lake Passy at 10 minutes, Thermal baths of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, the Fayet at 5 minutes, Chamonix at 15 minutes, Megève at 25 minutes, Ski slopes at 15 minutes.
