The apartment is super well located. You can walk to the beach or downtown. All very clean, new and organized. Emerson was always very willing to assist us, provided clear information about the building and was flexible with check-in and check-out. We recommend the space and, if possible, in a better season, we wish to return.

The stay in Torres at Sante's apartment was great! The apartment is spacious, larger than it looks in the photos and made everyone very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is on the 11th floor of a condominium with 24-hour concierge. Safe and well-centralized, on the same block as a very large market and next to Parque do Balonismo. The only thing I should have checked before renting was the issue of the windows, which do not have a protective grid or net and I was traveling with a child, so that made me worried and taking extra care throughout the entire stay. Sante was kind and attentive throughout the process, provided us with the necessary information and was available until check-out. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was great. We have been in Torres for many years and in terms of location was the best. Qto à flat, the only "defect" is not having air conditioning and it was very short because this year the heat was too much. Great apto in the center of Torres. Comfortable and complete!. A beautiful view of the city and the Serra. Silent apto, with great fence against the noises of the street. It is possible to leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot. Great communication with host Kassio.

Everything is great. The owner João Lauri and his family were extremely friendly and helpful. Even when we had to adjust an issue that I caused because I booked the wrong day (kk). They welcomed me and my beloved dog in a very friendly way. I felt like home and cared for. The accommodation is comfortable, safe, the access is great, and so is the privacy. There's a concern about the details, which makes all the difference. Opening the door and smelling a nice smell of impeccable cleanliness and tidiness was super nice. Loved it, recommend it without fear.

The house is simply spectacular and perfect for families. We spent 4 extraordinary days. The condominium infrastructure is excellent. Next to the beach. Quiet place. Everything is extremely clean and organized, and the house is super well-equipped. Dona Sonia who accompanied us during these days is a love of person, very careful, helpful and concerned to accommodate us well. We really feel at home.

The house is very nice. Large and spacious. There was an extra double mattress which was very good as it was not necessary to sleep on the sofa bed. Plenty of household items and the furniture was good. The only comment I can improve is the cleanliness of the wardrobes that had dust, but everything else is fine.

We live wonderful days at Miguel's place! Beautiful place, cosy, comfortable, identical to photos. Everything very organized, equipped and clean, not to mention the warmth and attention of the host that was of a unique kindness from beginning to end. The condominium is simply charming, it has an electric cart to take guests to the beach, in addition to services by the sea working perfectly, you don't need to bring chairs or umbrellas, everything is already installed on the beach. Unmatched peace and quiet! The condominium also has tennis courts, beach tennis, paddleboarding, soccer, bocce, several playgrounds for children, and a sensational pool, with a great restaurant in the club! All the staff there were extremely kind, which made our stay even better. It was definitely my family's best experience on Airbnb! We will definitely come back more often!!
