I and my family loved the stay. The house is wonderful and cozy! Everything clean and organized, and we found everything we needed, for everyday use. Close to the beach and markets. Edson, the host, always helpful. We would definitely come back at the next time and refer to others.

We really like the place , we really get too much rest. As a suggestion, I suggest you provide a microwave or an Airfryer as it makes it too easy to heat things up. In the most the place is great , extremely peaceful a peace .

We were staying for two weeks at the Brisa house. The excellent location, very close to the sea and the Mampituba River Rim Rim which has been revitalized , getting very beautiful and delicious to walk or simply sit and enjoy the scenery with great restaurants . Communication with Marina was quiet, check in with perfect Loreci. It is a large, airy house, closed patio, safe place, has everything you need for a stay. In the back has a very nice space with large kitchen, laundry and one more bedroom with bathroom. Closed garage. We definitely indicate the Brisa de Marina house.

Comfortable house with all necessary items for a quiet stay. Calm locale, easy to find very close to the beach. markets, bakery and restaurants very close by. The outside has a large, well-wooded backyard great for pets to play with. Mr. Eraldo was quite welcoming. Although we took a few very rainy days it was great to rest. Thank you Mr. Eraldo and family for receiving us.

We loved the stay at Dilcéia's. The bathroom concept, paintings, accessibility with it, everything was beautiful, clean and great. We enjoyed 3 incredible days, and overcame our expectations. We forget to bring umbrellas and chairs and were able to use the ones available in the house. Thank you Dilcéia, see you at the next opportunity.

The highlight of the house is the pool kiosk, it was our living area. I suggest a bigger TV there. The host met all our demands/questions. Good location in relation to the beach.

The house is simply spectacular and perfect for families. We spent 4 extraordinary days. The condominium infrastructure is excellent. Next to the beach. Quiet place. Everything is extremely clean and organized, and the house is super well-equipped. Dona Sonia who accompanied us during these days is a love of person, very careful, helpful and concerned to accommodate us well. We really feel at home.

An outdoor pool is surrounded by well-maintained grass and a wooden deck. Lounge chairs are positioned nearby under a shaded structure. High-rise buildings form the backdrop, while clear blue skies create a bright atmosphere.

The apartment of Mrs. Letícia matches the listing photos very well. Super cozy, clean, organized, close to the center, restaurants and one block from Praia da Cal and two blocks from Lagoa do Violão. In the apartment, all the necessary household utensils are available for the stay. Mrs. Letícia and Mrs. Carla was super attentive during our reception and stay. We hope to return soon.

Quiet and cozy place good for family with children. Very clean and organized. Maria Inês is very kind when we needed something we have always been taken care of. We hope to return.
