Our experience was very pleasant, the place is as described in the listing and the treatment of Don Juan Carlos was excellent, a pleasant host, very friendly and always attentive about our stay.

The stay was unforgettable! From the first message you exchange with Xinia you realize the great quality of the experience since she is always directed with great respect and assertiveness. The house is very equipped which satisfies any need of the guests, the pool is very private which led to pleasant family memories and moments of great union., Additionally, the property has great safety, which removes all concerns with vehicles. I definitely recommend this space to generate cute memories and recharge batteries.

Since we arrived, communication was very smooth and they were very kind to help us enter. Despite being in the center of Jacó, in the middle of the action, it feels quiet and very safe. A very nice family atmosphere. The decor is focused on the guest's enjoyment and we felt right at home, nothing was missing! We are delighted and if we go back to the area it will be our first choice! Thanks! 🤗 🙌🏾

We loved our stay at Casas del Soleil. The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the villa was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, set back from the main road, ensures a peaceful environment. Soraya is truly a treasure and her staff were exceptional. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged our airport transfer and ATV delivery. The cleaning service was top-notch, and they even took care of our laundry. The pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

All I can say about this home is that words cannot do it any justice. You NEED to experience this for yourself in person. The views were absolutely out of this world. The pictures are exactly how the home looks in person and the amenities were great. We definitely used the kitchen space with the beautiful island. The infinity pool was such a vibe. We used every inch of this home!! By far the most beautiful locations I have ever stayed at. The host was amazing, responsive and accommodating. He gave us all the resources, down to the best local food places to eat at , things to do, and transportation to take. He even set most of it up for us!! The tour when we got to the home was incredible. 10/10 experience. We will never forget it. Thank you Costa Rica!! Pura Vida.

Beautiful location and property. View is fantastic. Pool area was lovely. Outdoor bathroom was a vibe. Felt extremely private and peaceful. Fairly quick access to town in Santa Teresa. Our host/concierge Fiona was extremely responsive and helpful. Our first time in Costa Rica so a few notes for other first time visitors relevant to this property. The roads to access the house are really rough which made coming and going an adventure. 4x4 helpful. In April, temp is fairly hot and high humidity. The AC kept the bedrooms nice and cool but the main room stayed pretty warm. House is set in the beautiful jungle which means wildlife at all times of day and night. Very fun but also a LOT of noise. Bring earplugs if a sensitive sleeper. A few small issues with the appliances during our stay but everything was resolved reasonably. Overall our trip was fabulous and would absolutely book with this host and property again.

We loved our stay!! Absolutely beautiful interior design. Great lighting in the house, comfortable beds and a/c in every room. The pool and lounge chairs were great as well. They also provided beach towels for us and beach foldable chairs which was a nice touch. The location is really great, I personally would say you need a 4x4 to get up the hill (which is normally the case in santa teresa villas) so other than that, the location is very centric to the best restaurants and nice parts of the beach! I know Mal País and Santa Tere for over 20 years and I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS THANKS TO PABLO and his FINQUITA! If you are looking for the place of your dreams in the place of your dreams , don't hesitate ! This beautiful place complements paradise, it has EVERYTHING , what a traveler dreams and more! TOTALLY PRIVATE, but at the same time with a perfect location, with a supermarket 1 min walk super equipped with Vinos y Cortes Premium Meat, seafood, seasonal fruits and a 10 min walk to a fish market! The house is beautiful , the spacious rooms, the kitchen a dream , the A/C really ice cream, TV with Netflix wowwwww!!! Thank you Pablo for making my instance amazing, I arrived in the morning and always attentive to me! I hope and wish to return , is that you fall short with the description, a huge garden, space for several vehicles, patio , a huge room… I swear to come back !!!
