In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

The Steinmetzhof, an idyllic commercial courtyard with artist, sculpture and desing studios, as well as a small venue for experimental music and jazz sessions, is part of a commercial area, built at the beginning of the 20th century, with ground-level brick trade hotels and a 2-level brick head building, which at the same time houses the apartment.

Da ich derzeit viel verreise, bzw. beruflich eingespannt bin, vermiete ich an Gäste.

This spacious and light-filled family flat is modernly furnished and located in Weissensee in a very attractive residential area. It is the Weissenseer spite. Walking distance to the m12 and m2 trams plus multiple buses. Lidl is at the end of the street. There is a restaurant next door plus two others at the end of the street.
