Perfect place, perfect host! This was exactly what we were looking for – a peaceful retreat close enough to Sofia, yet surrounded by wild, untouched nature. The sound of the stream by the house and the remote, quiet setting were magical. We love good food, morning runs, and road trips – and this spot was ideal. Nearby restaurants and a local supermarket made everything convenient. The apartment is beautifully equipped: two kitchens, great coffee, a cozy shower, relaxing patio and garden. And Hadas? An exceptional host – always available, incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to her we had amazing hikes, great food, and a perfectly planned trip. Highly recommended!

Kim owns it, her mother-in-law Virginia lives in a separate house next door and is very welcoming. The location is beautiful. As someone else has said, the beds are super comfy. Linens were fresh and felt new, like great hotel linens. Plenty of space to spread out on the comfortable patio. Opportunity to grill using wood and charcoal, which we took advantage of. Well stocked with various teas and sugar, honey, etc. And I LOVE the bathroom with the walk-in shower, great drainage. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo and shower gel and comfy towels. The style of the house matches those of the village, but it's completely updated. Enjoyed chatting with Virginia briefly, and she was available to help with anything but left us to ourselves otherwise.

Great apartment right in the heart of Kapana. 1 minute from the beginning of the old town. The location is perfect for exploring the city by food. The apartment is furnished with everything you need, even for a longer stay. A perfect terrace where you can drink your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and listen to the atmosphere of Plovdiv at night. In one word - great! We will use it again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! My family along with our two dogs, truly enjoyed every moment. The house is incredibly calm, offering a breathtaking view and a peaceful atmosphere. The projector was a fantastic touch ❤️, and we loved using the barbecue in the serene surroundings. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! ❤️✨ The apartment is a real gem – a blend of style, comfort, coziness. The interior is contemporary and created with exceptional attention to detail. The spacious living room is filled with natural light throughout the day, thanks to the large windows. The kitchen is also fully furnished and there was nothing we lacked - from all kinds of utensils and cookware, dishware, condiments, tea, coffee... We easily found every day a street parking spot right below the apartment. ✅ 🚘 Teodora is terribly responsive, kind and was always there for help or questions, we will certainly come back for a longer stay so we can take advantage of all the extras of the apartment and the nice locality 🌷💐

We've had a great time at the house. Great outdoor garden, very well maintained. Heating for the whole house, new furniture, audio station, playstation and xbox. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool Varvara is around the corner so we had a good time there with a great restaurant. Overall great place to stay - recommending!

Everything was perfect. It met all our needs. All the questions I asked were answered quickly. It was solution-oriented. It was an enjoyable house for my child, there was a playground, safe and peaceful. There was a toddler bed in the house. The only problem was that there was no dishwasher and the plates and glasses were a little dirty. Other than that, everything was sparkling clean. It was very clean and tidy. There was no shortage of parking. BİLLA was next to the grocery store. Transportation was very easy. A place to stay when I come back. We were very satisfied. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks for everything ☺️☺️☺️☺️
