'Borislav's Farmhouse' an integral part of the old village since it began! The old mayor inherited his house in dis-repair & now it has been totally restored only really the old walls & tiles now part of the floor & bathrooms remain! Our apartment is positioned in the breath taking landscapes of the Rhodope Mountains. Discover the mountains like never before with the delightful walks and accompanying far reaching views over the lakes and surrounding evergreen forests. We are 17 minutes drive from gondola lift Stoykite - Snezhanka Peak . After 9 minutes trip, you will reach the very top (1925 m) of the international ski resort Pamporovo. Ski and snowboard enthusiasts can enjoy 14 ski trails with a total length of 20 km.

New place to stay

Enjoyed our stay at Tullip apartment. What a lovely view of the mountains from the lounge. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will book this apartment again when we are in Smolyan. The apartment was very central, across the road from the promenade where you can walk round, shop or go to a restaurant. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There was a supply of some basic essentials like tea and coffee, salt etc. which was a nice bonus. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to see you some time in the future again.

The apartment complex is surrounded by snow-covered trees, with a modern architectural design featuring white façades and red roofs. The structure includes multiple balconies that overlook the winter landscape, creating a cozy atmosphere amidst the scenic mountainous surroundings.

The location of the apartment is great - there is a lift in the vicinity which is next to Studenets. Also across the street from the hotel is a sledding track, a skiing school and a rings drop (tires). The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a convenience store and a pharmacy in the building. Restaurants are nearby. The restaurant at the hotel itself does not work and the building looked slightly abandoned.

The stay was very good! Everything was clean and well made. The design of the apartment was very good and also the apartment had coffee and tea as a complement with a good espresso machine. Can’t complain! Good place!
