House is very clean and good hospitality from family. I strongly recommand this place. Smolyan town is also lovely. There is good taste and price restaurant alot.

Great apartment! Close to downtown! Fully furnished and for a longer stay! The homokin had thought of many details including a parking space! Very romantic (it also had Christmas decorations) and with great mountain views! Comfortable beds with matching duvets for winter. There were also many interesting books for all ages and different languages! A small downside is the lack of elevator in the building (difficult for small children and luggage), but the view and atmosphere completely made us feel at home!

Alexandra's place is well furneshed, has everything you need to live there for shorter and longer term. Great for exploring the Rhodope mountain!

The stay was wonderful! The apartment was clean, spacious and bright. The kitchen space was neatly isolated from the rest of the living room, nice balcony, and comfortable bedroom with enough closet space. The heating can be regulated, which is a great plus for winter holidays. Would definitely recommend and return

The apartment we were in had everything we might need. The host was online, quick to respond to questions. The location is in a good location for those who come by car but it is necessary to take a car for a while for the ski resorts. There's a grocery store nearby. The resort is surrounded by cameras and has a very good view. The street leading to the facility is icy, so we wore chains, but the other cars didn't have this problem. There were channels in many languages on the TV. There was a cartoon channel for the child, there were channels with beautiful movies for adults, there was also a Turkish channel. There were many treats, thank you for everything.

There is no better place to stay at while in Smolyan! The apartment is the cleanest place we have ever been to! It is spacious, bright and has all kinds of amenities. Everything is new, the place is spotless. Galya was very kind and responsive, the location is ideal near the river with a beautiful view of the mountains. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! ❤️

Great place! I recommend it to everyone with both hands. Cozy, clean, spacious, and in a comfortable space for hikes. And for relaxation with children, it's more than perfect-there's a playground for young and old. I hope to repeat this time for more time.
