Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

This was by far one of the best Airbnb hosting experiences I’ve ever had! The house was absolutely amazing—surrounded by nature, peaceful, yet still offering all the modern comforts of Dubai. It truly felt like we were both in Dubai and in a completely different, nature-filled retreat at the same time. The house is fully eco-friendly, powered by a solar system, and designed for sustainable living. It was comfortable, spotless, and equipped with great technology. We traveled from Turkey and had a truly wonderful stay. The community is spacious, full of greenery, and offers fresh air—a perfect place for families and children. There were golf carts, donkeys, and various animals, creating a unique, nature-filled atmosphere. Waking up to such a lush and serene view was a delight. I highly recommend this place! Staying here was a rare and special experience in Dubai.

If I could give this villa more than 5 stars, I’d give it a 10 out of 10! This is, without a doubt, the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the most fresh and inviting scent—the entire house smelled amazing. Every corner of the villa was spotless, and the attention to detail was next level. The beds were incredibly comfortable, mint clean, and smelled so fresh, making for the most restful sleep. The villa itself is pure luxury. The inbuilt cinema made for the perfect movie nights, the heated swimming pool was beyond relaxing, and the outdoor BBQ area was ideal for enjoying delicious meals in a beautiful setting. Every aspect of this stay was top-tier. And let me just say, Abdullah is the best host ever! Super accommodating, responsive, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect for our stay. If you’re considering booking this villa—don’t hesitate! This is the ultimate Airbnb experience, and I would definitely book it again!!

The home was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures – very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for everything I needed, and I couldn't have asked for a better spot. Beautiful spacious apartment in a top location. From the balcony beautiful views over the harbour, and all the impressive buildings around you exactly as you envision for a vacation in Dubai. Host was quick to respond when we asked for some clear instructions on arrival and departure. Apartment was spacious and modern with all amenities you might need. We as a family of 4 were able to have a good time here. The private swimming pool and beach were also equipped with every comfort. We will definitely be back here again!

I come to Dubai often and David was a fantastic host. Always helpful and responsive. I really felt at home and quickly. Apartment is cute, spotless & has everything you need. Housekeeping also do a fantastic job. Fresh linen once a week and towels is also a great touch. I’ll be coming back again soon!

A Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host! What truly makes a great Airbnb is the host, and Nadia is a Superhost for a reason. From start to finish, her communication was excellent—always quick to respond, ready to answer any questions, and proactive in resolving any issues. Her accommodation has everything you need to be self-sufficient, with thoughtful amenities like a coffee pod machine, iron, washer, and dryer, which made the stay even more convenient. There were only a few minor things missing, like a bottle opener (which we left for the next guests), but overall, the apartment was very well-equipped. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was warm with great pressure, and the balcony was a perfect spot to relax. The location is ideal—central, close to downtown (Burj Khalifa), and perfectly situated between JBR and Old Dubai. The building itself was quiet and peaceful, with shops, cafés, and restaurants right downstairs, plus larger supermarkets nearby for anything else you need.

We had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous luxury apartment. The location is great, right near the Dubai mall. The apartment is very comfortable and well stocked and has everything you need for your stay. Our host Carla could not have been more friendly and helpful - we really appreciated the responsive communication, local recommendations (including activities for kids), and thoughtful touches (like snacks on our arrival).
