Management staff was always very professional and customer friendly with simple, easy and clear instructions and always responding quickly and precisely to all my concerns/questions. Extremely recommended.

Juan Alberto was a great host. My stay with my aunt, mom and dog went really well even though we were there during an island wide power outage. The back up generator Juan used had failed but he was proactive in getting it fixed and came by morning and night to ensure it was refueled so we could have electricity for the few days the outage continued. thankfully our food did not spoil. Juan was responsive and attentive and plenty kind during our stay. We would definitely stay again when we visit next.

Joan went above and beyond for us, we had a little confusion with the shower and in less than 5 minutes she was already texting us. Her parents are 2 humble people also recommended us some near by restaurants.

I really like the place. Is very quiet and spotless clean. The apartment has a very nice decoration and the areas are spacious. Is well equipped with everything you need for personal higiene. I have been in many Airbnbs and I can say this is the best of all. So many nice details from the hosts like snacks and a lot of goodies. They provide you with coffee, milk, sugar, juice and cleaning materials. The host was in constant communication to check everything is ok. I recommend it 100%.
