Miriam and her husband gave us an amazing experience. The house is perfect for large groups, everyone has their own space, we were four families with 7 children and we had a great time. The house is cozy, with a space outside that in good weather has been used at the maximum. In the same way, the interiors welcomed us all, with a kitchen with a glass window that overlooks the pool, we fell in love! We recommend it for those who need to recharge! The "sun" of the house heats up.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Our expectations were exceeded. Check-in was very hassle-free, we were even able to get into the house a few hours before the official check-in. Everything worked perfectly and there are several seating and lounging options. The owners showed us everything exactly and are super friendly. We were in constant contact and Fabrizio asked several times if everything was okay. The whole house and pool area was very clean. Shopping is a few minutes away by car. We had a very great time and would like to thank Fabrizio and Mariangela again. Best regards from Austria

Lara is a kind and helpful host. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surroundings and the space around the house are amazing. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets over dinner right by the pool will remain unforgettable. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but in a great location. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Great place for a couple of days in Bologna. Really well positioned for all the main attractions and a great space. Very clean and all the things you’d need for a stay - including umbrellas for when it rained which were very welcomed! Fiorella is a fantastic and attentive host and the breakfast coffee and pastry at her husbands cafe was also excellent and a nice touch. If back in Bologna, we would stay here in a heartbeat

Great well located house, with parking and the possibility of walking to the historic center in a few minutes. The place is quiet and ideal to rest after the tours. Displays the announced amenities. Recommended!

we stayed a few days at Claudia's property and we had a very good clean and tidy house, always helpful and kind host. The very quiet area well served parks nearby, bus stop very close to the apartment. We had a very good time and we hope to return as soon as possible... Bologna as always beautiful. 😀

After a bit of a start with Mr. Danilo, I had a very pleasant experience. Very central location of the house to get around with or without a car , the house was super equipped with everything you need for a day even without having to always do the shopping outside the basics. The dogs were always very good and even when they were outside they were very friendly with me. I recommend the house for a couple or a solo traveler, I will definitely be back soon.

Fabulous place to relax and breathe clean air in a cozy and reserved environment at the same time, the family who manages the bnb very nice and affordable. Beautiful hiking trails nearby. Recommended, even for the relaxation of four-legged friends!!!

We stayed 6 people in the home and were very satisfied, we used the home as a base this week - from where we drove to Venice, Pisa, Florence, San Marino, Bologna, Modena etc. The home is large and has plenty of space, 2 good bathrooms, and a good and functional kitchen. The home is close to a village where you can drive to restaurants and a large supermarket in about 4 minutes. We were welcomed when we arrived by Francesca's parents, who live in the other half of the house. They gave us info about the house and the local area's restaurants and shopping. The 4 bedrooms are large and the beds are good. A car is a necessity in this home. We definitely recommend this home if you want to experience authentic Italy and want a base while exploring more of Italy's sights.

Very nice house, very clean and above all full of everything you need in every room. We were impressed by the reading nook with books of all kinds, games of society, and even glasses of different degrees! The kitchen, in addition to being very well stocked, had been stocked with pasta, extra virgin olive oil, cookies... really a rarity. Tommaso was always helpful,responsive, and friendly. Property and star hosts!

I had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s place! The location is perfect—within walking distance to key attractions like the Enzo Ferrari Museum, the central market, and excellent shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was peaceful, spotless, and equipped with a full kitchen, which was great for preparing meals. The check-in process was seamless with Wi-Fi access, and Nicola was an incredibly responsive host, providing thoughtful recommendations that made my trip even better. Highly recommend staying here!

The space is great with very well assembled kitchen, great rooms and an excellent shower! The place is very quiet, practically in the countryside: very quiet and pleasant. We liked it very much, but Manuela was too much: she made a point of welcoming us, even though we arrived late and on a cold night; moreover, it made us comfortable and facilitated our checkout; very fine people!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.
