I loved my 2-week stay on this villa. It’s well maintained, clean, I got free cleaning, and there was no deposit or electricity fees (unlike some other villas on the island). There’s also a restaurant in the villa complex which is very convenient. The location is perfect - away from major traffic jams of southern Bang Tao, and close to Porto de Phuket. Beach is 12 minute drive. I enjoyed every day of my stay on this villa (I was driving a car). What needs to be improved is to add the microwave oven — it’s pretty basic, and I lacked it. Also, laundry is only available at the villa maintenance at a fee or elsewhere at coin laundries. Overall, I do recommend this villa.

The house was fantastic: the bed linens were great, and the view from the window was beautiful—not of neighboring houses, but of trees. In the house, the doors and staircase are made of wood, and instead of tiled flooring, there’s a wooden surface that feels very pleasant on your feet. I also loved the community; there are few residents, making it very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes through parks. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late!

This is a gorgeous place that feels really remote, but is only a short walk to two beaches, restaurants, massage, etc. I loved the private pool and the well-equipped children’s room. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Dave is a super host! The house is very clean and modern. We planned the arrival and check-in together with the host and assistant. We also received an overview of all the nearby attractions. We were very satisfied and will definitely book the house again.

My wife and I had an incredible two-week stay at this beautiful property. The host was exceptionally friendly, communicative and made us feel so welcome from the start. The place was spotless—exactly like the photos—and felt brand new, thanks to housekeeping who does a very nice job. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area was a standout—well-equipped with loungers, a patio table, and beanbag chairs. We used this beautiful pool more than usual! The sunrise and views were stunning every day. The area is quiet, safe, and secure—a perfect private paradise with gorgeous, vibrant landscaping. Highly recommend! We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

The place was really good. The Area Kamala has great vibe very beautiful beaches. The place was clean and looks very beautiful just like images. Hosts were super helpful and fast. Overall it was awesome stay.

If you're planning a trip to Phuket, you HAVE to stay here! The location is unbeatable: close enough to the beach for easy access but tucked away from the crowds and noise. The peaceful surroundings, with greenery all around, made the stay so relaxing and comfortable. My family and I had an amazing three days here — spending our days exploring and playing at the beach, then coming back to a quiet, cozy place to unwind. A special shoutout to the host, who patiently guided me even though I arrived late and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

We are a party of 8 adults travelling with 5 children under 8. These villas were perfect for us, with lots of space in the rooms and grounds, and very well equipped, the three large fridges were particularly appreciated. Olivier was very helpful as we had to change our booking and he helped with all requests for information. He recommended a chef that would come and cook a meal in the villa for us. Pin, our lovely maid came every day but one and was willing to help with everything but cooking. Help with the laundry was very welcome. She was very friendly and loved the babies, but wasn’t intrusive. The villa was a short walk from the main road which had all the normal shops/restaurants you would expect on a Thai street. There is a 7-11 about 15 minutes away. we used Grab most nights to get takeaways which were mostly successful. We went to the Hidden forest elephant sanctuary which we recommend, a cooking demo, and to Thai boxing. All were enjoyed. We would highly recommend a stay here

We loved staying at this home. The property is a long walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the hasty mornings on the deck with cats and hens the most.

super host they both are going extra mile to make us feel at home ... always responsive and trying to make our visit Worth by offering services that they can give us best.. provided everything we need to make us comfortable and her husband is too friendly and cooperative..I would recommend if u need friendly helping family type u must be there guest if ur in Phuket..thanks for everything guys we left with very sweet memories and good gesture u gave during our stay with you...thanks God bless you

Benoit is a great host. We did not face any problems throughout our stay. Allowed early check in for my grandparents. Benoit / someone else was present on site during check in and check out. Very beautiful house for a group to stay. Good swimming pool

Had a great time staying here. The host was really helpful during our stay. Good space for us 4. One of the beds was in the kitchen. We didn’t see this in the pictures, but it didn’t matter that much to us. Walking distance to most things we needed.
