December, 2024Great stay and L T was quick to respond when we had any questions. The floors from the entrance to the living room were not well washed, my 15-month-old daughter who sometimes walks on all fours was often black on her hands, feet or laundry. However, when we wrote to L T, the situation was resolved quickly and someone came to clean! Small problem with the pool water heater, but situation settled very quickly! If I were to recommend this place to friends or family, I would 100%. Thank you for this trip! Looking forward to returning! Convenient for large families or friends! Thank you very much!!

May, 2024We had an issue with the Jacuzzi and two of the televisions in the home. LT was extremely responsive in trying to get each of the issues resolved. LT came to the home and made sure everything was working properly.

April, 2024This house is great if you are visiting the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. It’s only a short drive to all the parks. It’s in a quiet, safe location but it is only a short drive to many great restaurants and supermarkets etc. We are a family of 9 (3 generations) and we were all very comfortable in this house. The beds and sofas etc were great. The floor of the house, the pool and the outside pool area were a bit dirty. The floor inside the house had to be mopped when we arrived and we didn’t use the pool or the outside area as it wasn’t clean enough. We were grateful that there were plenty of towels for us. Hand soap and toilet rolls left for us and a couple of dishwasher tablets too. I would book this property again as overall it was a nice property and in a great location.
