…We had a fantastic stay at Punta Bungalows—definitely our favourite accommodation so far on our Mexico trip. Alwina, Jeff, and Mia the dog were wonderful hosts, always happy to help if we needed anything. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to both the beach and the town centre, with great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby.
There is construction directly behind the room from around 7am to 6pm, but it never really bothered us. Being in La Punta, occasional power cuts and water outages can happen, though they’re short-lived. Mosquitos are around, but the room is equipped with a net and zapper, so nights were no problem.
The whole place has a super relaxing, chilled-out vibe—almost like a little oasis with the pool, communal area, and mango trees. We’d definitely come back. Thank you for such a lovely stay!…
