The host was great. Gave a lot of recommendations for things to do in the area. Was super responsive to any questions we had. The house was just as described. More than enough room for all of us. The back door lock gets stuck and is hard to lock
But they were made aware and said it would be looked at. The shower in the hall wasn’t able to be used only because it squeezed so loud we felt like we’d fall through- But probably would not just sounded really loud with every step. The kitchen door as great but could use some new pans as the current ones are scratching. Also needs cooking utensils like a rubber or wood spatula for inside. (There was one for the grill). Overall great stay and would stay again.

There were some challenges during the stay. There was a smoke smell that persisted throughout the stay they could not control. The house reached 80 degrees both nights with the HVAC set at the lowest temperature, but it was the hotest 2 days of the year. The grill did not function despite our efforts. We considered leaving on night 1 with the temperature and smoke; however, they have a strict no refund ploicy. So, my family tried to work through the issues. We chose to depart after 2 nights.
