It, s a very nice place to stay. Centrally located. Brian helped immediately with a problem. The neighborhood is also very nice.

My partner and I had an amazing vacation while staying at Brian’s guest house. Upon arrival Brian was immediately helpful and welcoming, and the space was larger and more private than we expected. The backyard felt like our own house oasis, and the river/kayak combination was the cherry on top. The enclosed back patio always felt very private and the area was wonderfully quiet at all times. If you’re lucky, you may even spot an otter from there. Brian is very genuine, extremely kind and always wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 host and a wonderful experience in Fort Myers, Florida!

Brian was helpful if there was any type of issue. Convenient location for getting to beaches, shopping and grocery stores. Other owners in the complex were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed or time there and will go back.

Brian was very responsive to all of our requests and needs. The accommodations were clean and tidy, perfect for 2 people (but be aware of florida insects). I got to enjoy my morning coffee while watching otters play on the back lawn! The community pool is heated and was relaxing to lay by.
Home is located close to fort myers beach,sanibel and captive islands with lots of dinning and shopping options around.
