it was clean and such a nice stay! it’s in a beautiful area and lots of places to walk to! I had such a nice time!

Warren and his team were absolutely phenomenal hosts in every regard. Very helpful and responsive - any questions were immediately answered and we enjoyed working with them. A++++ in every regard.

The place is very cute and spacious, well-lit and is a great price. We would stay here again, but there are a few things to note:

- the bed, as many have noted, is unbelievably soft. It feels like you’ve sunk to the floor when you lie on it. Some may enjoy that; we didn’t.

- the interior is far too bright, especially at night. The hall lighting is intrusive. A curtain over the kitchen window would do wonders.

- the A/C in the living room was weak and couldn’t keep up with the unusually hot and humid Missouri August weather. The bedroom was nice and cool 24/7, but the living room needed another unit to make things comfortable.

- the stairs are *a lot* - 19 steps to get upstairs, and they’re fairly steep and narrow. Street parking was often difficult, but we usually found space.

What a fantastic place to stay. Not only was the apartment a home away from home but the local area is wonderful. Really peaceful and safe and surrounded by great bars. A short uber ride to the downtown area of St Louis.

I really enjoyed my time in St Louis. Such a great city and the fantastic apartment was the cherry on the cake

the apartment was nicely furnished. the area was quiet. It was Easy to park the car in the streets. Warren has helped us when needed, thank you
