…Casa Spello is a beautifully & tastefully restored medieval home fitted with all the amenities, including modern appliances, wifi, washer, etc. The location overlooking the countryside is amazing, yet the atmospheric town with great restaurants and shopping, is minutes away by foot. Lots of attention to detail. The concierge—a local Spello resident—welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know, as well as being available for assistance by phone and What’s app during our time in Spello. We loved our 6-day stay, and would not hesitate to recommend this residence to our friends. Its location makes access to other hilltowns, such as Assisi, Montefalco, and Bevangna, convenient. If we return to the area, we would not hesitate to stay here. Casa Spello is a beautiful home in a unique place.…

…We really enjoyed our stay in Spello. The property is in a great location with fabulous views Alessandra was very welcoming and friendly, the property was comfortable and all the surfaces clean.

The property was more cluttered than the photos show - stuff on every kitchen ledge, under tablecloths in cardboard boxes, bedding piled on chairs etc. Some people will love that and find it homely, but it wasn’t what we expected from the pictures. The advertised ‘parking on premises’ wasn’t available when we stayed though there is free parking 10 mins walk away.…

…We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Spello. The location is perfect. An easy walk to great restaurants and everything in town. It is a little challenging to get there with your luggage but that is the nature of choosing to stay in a hill town. Gina provided a lot of useful information about activities in the area and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was very comfortable for our 5 day stay and as described.…
