Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this Airbnb and would not recommend it. First, the cleaner was extremely rude to us during checkout and kept pressuring us to leave immediately, even though the elevator was not working and we had FOUR large pieces of luggage to carry. There was absolutely no understanding or basic courtesy regarding the situation, which made an already stressful checkout much worse. The apartment itself also did not match the pictures as expected. The couch was dirty, the bedding did not feel properly cleaned, and overall the cleanliness was below an acceptable standard. On top of that, the AC was not working on our first night, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Getting there was another frustrating experience. The directions provided by the host took us to the WRONG address, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience after traveling. Worm in bathroom, Stains and smell from bed and mattress. Nothing provided (towel, Brush, Help with baggage, Directions) nothing at all. If you are a bangladeshi, You will feel better at 500tk sokina's hotel than this. Everything is so dirty and unlivable. We could smell the mattress from miles away and it feels its never been washed. Stay Away from this hotel.

The location is great and the price is fair for the area. That is honestly the only good thing I can say. The room was not clean when we arrived. Dust all over the floor, and the bed sheet clearly had not been washed. I ended up with scratches on my skin from it. There were also small roach like bugs in the room, and one of them bit my finger during the night. I woke up with a swollen finger. I messaged the host about all of it. He replied politely and said he would send staff to clean the unit and asked for my unit number. Nothing happened. We came back the next evening and the sheet still had not been changed and the room had not been cleaned at all. Polite messages do not fix a dirty room. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend staying here!
