Excellent location with supermarkets and cafés nearby. The property has great potential but would benefit significantly if management addressed key issues such as cockroach infestation and low cleanliness standards. The building urgently needs fumigation, and staff could use better training. Fortunately, Hossain from housekeeping was respectful and accommodating throughout my stay which was appreciated.

As a frequent traveler, I can adapt. As a solo guest, I felt uneasy being repeatedly asked for my room number. Implementing a badge system or using guests names instead could better protect privacy.

The listing details are misleading. The swimming pool is unusable, there’s no functioning steam room, some common areas mentioned do not exists and while the gym is well-equipped, air-conditioning use is restricted. Allowing cooler operating hours would help.

My advice tour the property beforehand, avoid their restaurant and room service, and allow time for a deep clean after check-in.

It was a pleasant stay. Well equipped. A bit more attention to the kitchen amenities would have been perfect particularly when someone book the place for a month.
The reception desk was very friendly and responded to my request fairly quickly.
