If you are planning a traditional family vacation or want a restful holiday staying inside the room, this may not be the place for you. Roughly 85% of the clientele consists of unmarried couples, and amenities like a swimming pool should not be expected. The property suffers from severe staff shortages; the reception area is crowded and understaffed, security can be extremely rude, and routine housekeeping take 2 to 3 hours and up to 5 phone calls due to the high pressure on the limited crew. The host, Afwan, is very responsive, and the place is perfect for a long-term stay. I've stayed at this hotel twice and have always enjoyed my experience. However, I would recommend improving the cleaning service, as I was a little disappointed with the slow housekeeping response.
