My family loved the place, specially the pool. The AC was working properly, and we loved the swing. We were lucky to book on dates it wasn't raining. My only concern was there's not much cleaning utensils around to clean up the balcony and pool area. the cutlery weren't sharp enough as we planned to cook indoors for 2 days, and the stove wasn't working. There was a portable stove provided tho we could have been told to provide butane since the one provided didn't last for 2 days.

Things I love here:
1. Balcony is spacious and clean. My kids loved the intex pool, & its a good thing that you can request to have the pool filled up before you check in.
2. Staff are responsive to queries
3. Easy check in. No hassle

I just have some minor concerns:
1. The stove was not working. But I raised it on their staff and they were able to reply immediately and they provided a butane stove.
2. We didnt use the comforter, it SMELLS BAD. I think it's been used so many times it really needs washing.
3. Saw 5 small cockroaches sa CR. It's crawling on the floor and shower curtain. My daughter is very afraid of roaches, just imagine her reaction when she saw it.
4. The rug outside the bathroom is sooooo thin and slippery, I almost bang my head when I slipped. Please change it to something that is anti skid to prevent accidents.
5. Only 1 coffee mug available, the other one serves as knife/utensil rack -- we had to take turns in drinking coffee.

Good space for big group and overnight party

The private pool, the reason for our booking, is broken. Sent them a message at 4pm. Had to contact airbnb only to get inconsistent response from them. First, they said that the staff is about to buy a sealer, then he’s on the way. After another follow up, they said that the staff will replace the pool. When all we want is transparency and urgency for the kids to enjoy the supposed celebration, they, then, mentioned a cancellation with full refund if we could not wait. The staff arrived at 7pm.

Check in time have 2 hours interval from the previous guest’ checkout time, there were cctv in the pool area, the pool looked like it had been drained since the drainage was opened, they will ask someone who checks out to take a photo of everything. They said that prev guest spent 5 days. That should’ve given them more reasons to check the property instead of an excuse for their incompetency.

Been their guest before, good place but don’t expect urgent assistance from them if problems arise.
