The lodge is located at the entrance to the Cataract Falls State Recreation Area. A short walk from the front door and your standing at one of the most magnificent water fall features in the Midwest. The lodge has three individual suites with adjoining doors and is perfect for family gatherings, weddings and retreats.

Welcome to “Maria’s Haven”💕 A beautiful cozy home in the heart of a beautiful small town. This home belonged to my mother, Maria, who passed away in 2020 to breast cancer. This home was truly her “Haven”. Take a walk to the local diner, museum, Gosport playground, local shops, or to our delicious Amish bakery. We are also just a few miles from the popular “Hilltop” restaurant as well as McCormicks Creek State Park. Our mission is to make you feel like you never even left home. ☺️

Welcome to Cascade Cabin, our home away from home and yours! The charming log cabin is where a cozy rich wood aesthetic meets modern comforts. The beautiful remote cabin sits on 4 acres and is surrounded by mature trees and two glistening ponds. Enjoy your day exploring the nearby Cataract Falls and spend your evening around a bonfire. Enjoy the beautiful nature escapes that southern Indiana has to offer. We hope that you can enjoy this stunning getaway as much as we do!

Events and stays at Cataract Falls

Located in the Town of Cataract alongside the most spectacular water falls in the Midwest is the Cataract Falls Lodge. The lodge itself sleeps up to 16 with 5 beds and 3 sofa beds. Three individual units all connecting to one another allows privacy when needed and gatherings when wanted. Across from the lodge is the Cataract Falls Wedding Veranda; an indoor outdoor space for hosting weddings, family reunions wellness retreats and business functions for up to 60 people.

Retreat Room at Beautiful Animal Sanctuary

The Retreat Room includes your own personal tub and gas fireplace for a luxurious stay at Uplands PEAK Sanctuary. After a day of exploring the sanctuary, soak in a lavender bath by the fire before curling up in bed for a restful night's sleep. Wake up each morning to the sounds of sanctuary life, to continue your retreat with us or explore many options nears us like Bloomington's downtown shops and restaurants, McCormick Creek State Park, Spencer's local craft brewery.

Captain Bill's Guest House/seasonal swimming pool

Welcome to Captain Bill's Guest Lodge at Cagels Mill Lake! This gorgeous home offers modern amenities in a countryside setting. Perfect for bikers, boaters, fisherman, and anyone looking to enjoy lake life. Our guests are welcome to join us poolside at the main house. Our private pool is open only to us and our listed guests at our two Airbnb units. We're located seconds from the boat ramp and a short drive to Cataract Falls and Lieber State Park. Pool is seasonal.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Three bedrooms in a spacious house with a fenced in back yard and deck with Hot tub and grill. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Bloomington and all Indiana University events. The bedrooms are on 2nd floor with a full bathroom right next to them. The rooms are furnished with a TV and comfortable queen bed. High-speed Wi-Fi. Option to bring your dog. The common spaces are shared with the owner, who lives in a 4th bedroom.
