Cozy guesthouse/ cottage. The guesthouse is cozy and spacious. The veranda is lovely to sit on. The house has its own private terrace. From the terrace, there is a clear view (of the garden, horse box and meadow). Private use of a private kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms. Beautifully located in a rural place with spacious terrace and garden. The nature reserve 't Roegwold and the Fraeylemaborg are within walking distance. Supermarket 1.5 km. Schildmeer is 7 km away. The city of Groningen is easily accessible.

The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We do our best to make your stay at "Bij Leentjer" as unique and special as possible. Ideal if you are with 4 people.
