Vacation rentals with a patio in Otranto

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful accommodation! We travel a lot and we have already stayed in a lot of cottages. This is one of the best! Looks like a hotel! Clean, very spacious, bright, modern, well-equipped. It is a private residence of several apartments with security gates, swimming pool, terraces, very flowery gardens. Daniele is very nice, we even got local specialties as a gift. We were able to visit Salento (Maglie, Otrante, Gallipoli, Leuca…) but you have to travel a few kilometers. There is supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Best of all, we were alone in the residence for 4 nights: tranquility, calm and a swimming pool just for us, a real treat ;-)

Great place to base yourself in Lecce. In very close walking distance to the main town centre and historical centre. Everything was very clean and Riccardo was responsive and helpful when we had questions about the check in.

Very clean accommodation, very quiet, but it should be noted that we had no neighbors above. The terrace overlooking the garden is lovely.

Andrea's accommodation is on the third floor at the top of the building, it is very spacious for two people, you have a washing machine on the terrace, very convenient with everything you need for ironing. Down 50 m you have a supermarket for shopping, a pastry cafe (excellent) and it is very easy to find a place to park nearby. I would recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. A great apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk down to the marina and into the old town as well. There was a beautiful view of the sea and lovely garden as well. The host was very responsive and always made sure we had no problems. Check in and check out was very easy, and we were met by Alfonso for check in and he showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment itself came with everything you would need; it was spacious, cool and clean. There is also a dedicated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for four nights and had a great experience. The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, quiet, and well-organized. The bedroom had automatic blinds that made it completely dark, which really helped us sleep. The host was thoughtful and responsive, leaving us local biscuits, coffee, water, and basic kitchen supplies. She also sent helpful tips for nearby restaurants and beaches. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy. A comfortable stay overall — we’d recommend it to other couples visiting Gallipoli.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern, minimalist and very tastefully furnished villa. The quiet location and the large pool were perfect for relaxing, and yet we were a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Salento. Thanks to Giulia and Michele who took care of everything. We would come back anytime!

A real gem! Very tastefully and carefully renovated house. Check-in and check-out with Marco totally straightforward. The location was perfect for me and has a very pleasant environment. Parabita is charming and a highlight for art lovers. Beautiful beaches nearby with water that fascinated me. Excursions to the surrounding towns were exciting for me. Very authentic. I am thrilled and will definitely recommend Marco.

There were two of us in the accommodation for six nights and we were more than satisfied. May is still before the season, so we were alone in the whole street. The terrace is a dream, but visible to the neighbors. Because we were alone, this was not difficult. We highly recommend the apartment, Fernando was a great host and was always easy to reach and friendly!

Really beautiful apartment in a lovely town. Alessandro and the team were super communicative and friendly. The apartment has everything you could need including things like a parasol and hairdryer which we used nearly every day. It is also really tastefully furnished with loads of antiques. We loved the secret staircase to the roof terrace which was a lovely surprise. We also really liked that the air conditioning is really effective. They provided lots of bottled water which was really nice to have when we arrived. They also gave us lots of good restaurant/bar/beach recommendations which were again really useful. We’d recommend the AirBnb to anyone and we’d like to come again ourselves!

The accommodation matches the description. We had a pleasant stay in a typical house of the region, inland but close to many tourist places, especially on the coast. A quiet place to rest after a hot and active day, full of discoveries. Air conditioning in the bedroom is a plus. And above all, a sincere and warm welcome :-) Thanks for the little touches :-)

Great stay at Jacopo’s! Pros: Location close to train station & next to city center. Bed was comfortable. Spacious & modernized flat. Nice bathroom with big walk in shower. Washing machine available. Small outdoor area with foliage. Quiet street, slept well there.

The accommodation is very spacious and playful in design and is located in a nice street. A lot of care has been given to the decor and it looks very nice. In the village you will find everything else you might need it. It is quiet but in the evening there are plenty of people out and about, making it cozy. Specchia is centrally located in Salento so you can visit beautiful places and beaches nearby. We had a nice time there.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful, cozy, and it made you feel right at home. Stunning views, with direct access to the water so you can jump in as soon as you wake up. It’s a wonderful place to relax and use as a base to explore the nearby cities. The host was very kind—she welcomed us with some groceries and was always attentive to anything we needed. I 100% recommend it and hope to come back soon.

Fantastic stay in nice part of Lecce within walking distance of the city center. Also perfect as a base for the Salento. Be sure to have a coffee at one of the authentic tents in the street and don't forget to eat Pizza at Rosetta's. We will definitely come back.

Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for hosting us and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked beautiful in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, shower and kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, folding bed, blender for puree, stroller and even parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to introduce him to the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out so that we could have a good vacation. Even mosquito nets. They even planned a map and recommended lots of nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We'll be back with pleasure for our next stay and recommend their accommodation 100%.

We were guests of Maria Teresa, we immediately felt comfortable, the apartment is a real "gem" and the hospitality is excellent, the host always considerate towards us giving us excellent advice on the area. We had a problem with the car and she helped us solve it. Too bad the weather was a little bad. We will gladly come back. Heartfelt thanks and hugs.

Roberta's apartment is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Lecce. Large, well furnished, well-equipped, with a beautiful terrace, the apartment is peaceful day and night. Access with elevator to the 6th floor is ideal. The neighborhood is ideal for parking your car, shopping at the Conad supermarket 200 m away, and a bakery 100 m away. Lecce is a very beautiful city and an ideal base for exploring Salento. I recommend the apartment and Roberta for hosting us and for her good advice.

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Fantastic stay. Warm welcome with extensive tips on what to do in the area. Apartment was very tidy and well equipped with stuff to make a meal yourself. Swimming pool very clean and a very nice view over the area. Breakfast was very good; huge variety of savory and sweet foods. Stay highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable with Francesco The place exceeded our expectations (clean, everything present and surrounded by a great garden) and we really enjoyed the time in the immediate vicinity of a wonderful beach. Thank you for the great hospitality, Francesco! Hopefully we can make it to Punta Prosciutto again!
