Very comfortable, clean and well appointed stay. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and kitchen with dishware and water. Excellent location, right at the top of the Main Street in Kingston. Would absolutely rent again, thank you!

Beautiful apartment in the center of Wilmington. We own land and have our camper set up in the next town over, but with the cold weather lately, the camper is still winterized. We wanted to come up and get some yard work done and stay locally, and this apartment was the clear winner! Walking distance to our favorite coffee shop, lots of restaurants, my favorite bookstore (!!) and walking trails. Loved the deck- even though it was April and iffy weather, we were able to have takeout dinner outside one night! So grateful that Jennifer allows pets, as we have two dogs and it’s often hard to find pet friendly Airbnb accommodations that are in a good location and as clean as this place! Jennifer was so kind, accommodating and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great trip- she’s definitely one of the best hosts we’ve had! Thank you for making this week wonderful! We will be back.

Seth is definitely a “super host”! Instructions were very detailed and perfect! The suggestions for restaurants and things to do was extensive. The location was perfect for our visit to Valatie. I have never been to an Airbnb that was this clean - impeccable! The small back porch with a view of the river was awesome! I will definitely book this Airbnb again!

Thanks for the host making this place like home. Furnitures are well organized. My partner and I love the sofa in the living room. There is a big sofa and single arm chair sofa. It’s good for staying with partner to kiss cuddle and more. We love the well organized kitchen. Very well-equipped. They even have some stock of food, coffee and tea bags just in case if you are hungry in mid night. We came here for skiing trip. It’s just 15 min to Mt Snow, 1.5h to Okemo. Stratton is also around this area. Great location for mountain staycation.

Susan’s place was quiet, clean and lovely. Close to town, but still in a wooded area. The apartment is well designed with everything you could need, including delicious coffee.

Our stay was extremely quiet until the upstairs neighbors returned. We don't have kids or pets so we're very used to quiet. Getting used to hearing upstairs neighbors took getting used to for me. The place was chock full of supplies, coffee, Scrabble and welcoming decor. The bed was outstandingly comfortable. The bathroom was modern and creative! The outdoor patio, activities and view of the creek were impressive. This is definitely on our "to return to" list.

Angela was very nice and accommodating during our stay. It was a great price for the area we stayed in. Very responsive to any questions we had.

My family and I traveled from MA for a wedding with my 5 year old nephew and dog and were looking for a home that would fit the needs of a child and dog and this home was perfect in every way! It was clean, great location and safe! Liza is an outstanding host and I cannot thank her enough for being such an amazing host!!

A beautiful home and the views were breathtaking on the lake. Although, it was frozen. All the amenities we needed and more. Close to skiing and tubing. Owner Sara was very attentive to respond quickly. We just wanted a getaway place for a family weekend. The road was narrow and very icy. Would go back but not in the winter. Summer and the Fall I think would be best. Lots more things to do in the nicer weather months. Thank you Sara for your hospitality.

Vincent's lakefront Catskills home exceeded all our expectations! The house is perfectly designed for group gatherings, with multiple comfortable living spaces that allowed our friends to either come together or find quiet moments. We had private chefs come for a couple of dinners and they had everything they needed to create memorable meals. The lake views are absolutely stunning. What truly set this experience apart was Vincent's exceptional hospitality - he was incredibly responsive and accommodating when we experienced travel issues, going above and beyond what was required. This thoughtfully designed lake house with its beautiful surroundings and attentive host made for the perfect meeting spot for our friend group. We'd gladly return!

We had a truly lovely stay with our two young children. The location is truly stunning. Waking and being able to look out at the river was incredibly relaxing. The house was beautifully and thoughtfully designed. It felt modern, clean and free from clutter, but also very cozy and inviting. It was well stocked and Tim was very responsive and friendly. The location really is special. We enjoyed fishing from the bank and having fires in the cool Spring nights. We can’t wait to be back for another stay! We all got some much needed R&R! My family and I had a terrific stay at this beautiful home. Olga was fantastic, always responsive if we reached out and very helpful. The home was even more beautiful and breathtaking when we first walked into the house than we could have imagined! The home was spacious and cozy, and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed waking up early to work for a few hours overlooking the lake and the beautiful view of the sunrise, enjoying a nice cup of coffee while everyone else was still sound asleep in the comfortable accommodation. The sunset was even more stunning. We will definitely return if we get the chance.

We had a lovely time at this place, it’s a bit small but we’ll appointed and you can’t beat the location, right on the river! The views out the back were incredible every day. This didn’t impact us but be aware the upstairs loft area is probably better for children and a tall adult would feel pretty cramped up there. As a rather short crew my family had no problems 😂. Would definitely stay again.
