Access to rowboat, fishing waters and cozy walking paths. Municipal swimming area and multi arena ,distance 600 meters. The nearest urban area is Valdemarsvik, 1.5 miles. There is a bedroom with 180 bed and small TV room with sofa bed for two. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and stove with oven. Toilet indoors and outdoor shower with hot water.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Vi hyr ut vår stuga vid sjön Noen, med ett fantastiskt läge, mellan Gränna och Tranås.En äkta svensk idyll i landskapet Småland, helt fantastiskt enskilt läge med 350 meter till närmaste granne. Renoverad (2016) stuga med egen strandtomt och båt vid sjön Noen. Båt tillgänglig april-oktober. Till huset hör en stor altan med utsikt över sjön. Kvällssol från sjön mot altan. Stor gräsmatta med gott om plats för lek, grillning och umgänge. Njut av lugnet och hyr vår vedeldade badtunna

Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
