Das Luxus-Appartement in der 3. Etage mit einer großen Fensterfront zum Meer, ist mit Boxspringbetten, Sitzgruppe, Esstisch und viel Schrankraum ausgestattet. Der um die Wohnung verlaufende und teilweise überdachte, riesige Eckbalkon bietet herrlichen Seeblick in Richtung Juist und das offene Meer. Das luxuriöse Bad mit Dusche/WC und ein zusätzliches WC sind top modern. Das Hallenbad (kostenlos) mit Sauna (€) im Erdgeschoss, Lift und ein Parkplatz (€) am Haus runden den Komfort ab.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

The attic apartment with its 30 square meters is the perfect size to spend a few nice days together or alone. The apartment is quietly and rurally located, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom, there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower which is integrated directly into the bedroom. Unfortunately no pets allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel… Everything can be reached by car in 10-20 minutes

Vacation home Wildes Zeug

Our cozy apartment is very natural, surrounded by lots of trees and has a nice garden seating area. It is in a residential area in the beautiful city of Norden, a 10-minute walk to the market square. The great thing is, bicycles are included in the rental, so you can cycle directly from the front door towards the Wadden Sea. (20 min.) The use of the bicycles is at your own risk. The vacation home is centrally located in the health resort of Hage (Berumbur district) in beautiful East Frisia, an ideal starting point for cycling trips, walks in the adjacent forest area, beach visits or day trips to the East Frisian Islands. The house has a double bed (1.40 m), a small, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a newly renovated bathroom. Distances: Baker: 100 m Restaurant: 1.5 km Shopping: 2.5 km Sea: 12 km

Apartment on the East Frisian North Sea coast

The 53 sqm apartment is located on the south side in a listed farm (rural location) that is no longer used for agricultural purposes. For entertainment, satellite TV, a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with radio and a DVD player are available. Wi-Fi is available, but the transmission rate is very poor. Garden terrace use and barbecuing is possible by arrangement.

We rent our cute vacation home in Aurich / East Frisia in an idyllic and quiet location, 3 kilometers from downtown. Although the former bakery is only 22 m², it is lovingly and extensively equipped. Combined living and bedroom with fitted kitchen, toilet with shower and covered (not visible) terrace and garden area with garden furniture, grill, sun loungers.
