Everything was fine. Clean house, the host was answering all questions very fast, the flat was as described, the only issue was that the host had mentioned that there is a parking lot, but we didn't find any! Overall it worth to stay and we were happy. Thank you

Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

The location is close to the airport and the apartment is as small as the traveler needs accommodation other than sleep

We are very pleased with the apartment and its location. In a quiet and cozy place, at the same time close to restaurants, restaurants, cafes, cafes, shops, everything you need is there. Ms. Esra and her husband waited for us until 9:30pm, thanks to our late arrival. The location of the house is in the heart of Trabzon and in the best place. 1min walk to the square The house is huge in a way that a large family can stay comfortably. Everything was spotless. The bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom were thoughtfully arranged. A house that is fully priced according to the service provided. We will definitely stay again when we go to Trabzon. The place of the apartment is nice, the neighborhood is nice, and the sea is nearby . The apartment is very clean, spacious and integrated. All the needs are available from detergents, electronic appliances and bags of waste bags. The place is very nice. It feels like you are in your house tidy, clean and beautiful .And brother Farouk is a wonderful human good, respectable and very cheerful
