Everything was fine. Clean house, the host was answering all questions very fast, the flat was as described, the only issue was that the host had mentioned that there is a parking lot, but we didn't find any! Overall it worth to stay and we were happy. Thank you

Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

This is the country house of my dream, it is on a mountain far away, it is very quiet around, you can hear the wind blowing through the earth and you can see the stars and fireflies at night.The surroundings are full of green.The house itself has modern infrastructure and is fully equipped with pots and bowls and utensils that can be cooked.There is a stable network and comfortable hot water and an outlet that can be found anywhere.You will feel that the owner of the house is constantly optimizing this house in daily use.Thank you very much for the trust of the host, I will definitely come back next time. Definitely need a car to get to your destination if you are coming to this house and it would be nice to have enough ground clearance as there are some non paved pavements.Remember to ask the host for specific location and directions up the hill. Thank you to the host for responding so promptly to the issues we had and helped us resolve it quickly.

I'm here for the second time and I love it, great view, great house, I'll come back at every opportunity, it's very peaceful to relax and meditate

Excellent location, apartment and host.

We are very pleased with the apartment and its location. In a quiet and cozy place, at the same time close to restaurants, restaurants, cafes, cafes, shops, everything you need is there. The apartment itself is cozy and nice to be there. The only thing is not pleasant, the hair is in the towels. And so it was great. Thank you Murat for everything, you are a wonderful host!

Everything is so good I recommend to all visitors but there is only one problem in kitchen which is is stove it doesn’t work well 🤗

We had a wonderful stay at Temel’s apartment and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The home offers breathtaking views thanks to the expansive windows in every room, making it a truly unique and peaceful place to relax. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to public transportation, as well as being surrounded by grocery stores and great restaurants. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay, and it was exceptionally clean and cozy, which was especially appreciated during the chilly winter days. It was easy to find and access, and Temel went above and beyond by meeting us upon arrival and even helping us with our luggage up the stairs, as there is no elevator. Temel was an excellent host—very responsive and attentive to our needs. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!
