First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

Great place; nice and private although in amongst other properties. Great help in getting to the house, which would be hard to find otherwise! 15mins walk to the beach and 10mins in car to Benicassim, where there are loads of restaurants and nice beaches. Local beach also great and 15mins walk.

Fantastic house. Ideal for a family vacation. The pool, the views, the facilities… the location is ideal if you want to be close to the center but you need a car. The house is noticeably new and all its accessories and equipment as well. We would definitely stay here again. As an aspect to improve, we'd highlight communication. There was a huge leak in the garden hose and it took more than 1 hour for them to pick up the phone and they didn't come to fix it until the next day. On the other hand, as a suggestion, a shaded area in the pool would be nice.

Amazing place!!! Quiet and close to the urban center by car, ideal for what we needed the accommodation for. Both Lorenzo and Ana and Milan were super attentive to our needs and very friendly. It's definitely worth it and if we have to go again, we'll do it again. Thank you for everything!!!

Without a doubt, it was the best vacation we've ever had, a beautiful and very comfortable house in a very quiet and relaxing place, surrounded by nature and fauna to spend a few days of luxury and disconnection. A very well-equipped house, fantastic terrace, great barbecue to enjoy with the family, good views, Rafael's garden, the Naranjos fields, simply wonderful. My family and I have really enjoyed the pool, which is great for both adults and children, a Having hammocks like it does is a plus. Another point in its favor is that it only takes 10 minutes by car to Peñíscola to go to the beach or whatever you want. Rafael, Sara's father, is very attentive, friendly and pleasant. The first morning we got up there, he had left us a box full of vegetables from his garden on the terrace, DELICIOUS!!! A great gesture on his part. Anyway, if it's possible, next summer we'd like to go back and be able to repeat this great experience we've had. I recommend it 100x100

This Villa is simply beautiful! The pool is great! The infrastructure is wonderful! I'll be back next year without hesitation! The hosts are super accommodating! Not to mention Rosa!! A beautiful, kind, welcoming woman who does everything to make us more than good! We had a great vacation here and are sad not to have been able to book longer! Thanks for the vacation!

We had a great stay. The accommodation is excellent, quiet and the city is 5 minutes by car, thanks to Jean Louis.

It's perfect! It has a spectacular garden and an excellent location, the pool is an ideal size, in the afternoon it has shade thanks to the house.

The place is perfect for going with a large group of people, as it has a living room-kitchen in an outdoor nave. On the other hand, Sana who is the person who received us is lovely and attentive. Lastly, if I have to say something negative is that some mattresses in the third house are from somewhat uncomfortable piers. Overall a good stay for large groups.

Beautiful house by the sea and close to a great restaurant. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy the location. It is a must to visit the Castillo de la Peñiscula. Concha was great and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Delighted with the villa. Very comfortable in every aspect. Perfectly clean and tidy, lots of space. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Great pool area, clean, with lots of hammocks around and a green area. Porch, play areas, including for children. Air-conditioned rooms, comfortable beds... Very quiet area, although it has no services around, the village and the beach are less than 5 minutes away by car. A great success, looking forward to repeating.

Beautiful villa in a very quiet place. A bit tricky to arrive in the beginning. very comfy and well maintained. The place around has enough services to stay but you need to go by car for sure. The host had very fast communication and we managed well. We will definitely come back again!

We had very nice days at Sebastien & Eugénie's house and were able to relax very well. The location very quiet at the end of a road road! The amenities are simple but loving and we felt very much at home! The wifi worked great!!! The TV is mini and if the TV card is renewed you can watch French channels (was not important to us). The beach is within walking distance, but the pool was wonderfully refreshing and pleasant for us, so we didn't want to go to the beach at all! A coffee maker is now a Dolce Gusto and not a Nespresso. Towels were only 2 bath towels, 2 towels were provided on request. Although the kitchen is small, it was well-equipped with a 2-burner gas oven and small dishwasher, the fridge is very large with freezers! I definitely see the potential for improvement with the beds, as everyone up to the small bed on the ground floor all creak or squeak and the mattresses are max. 140 cm wide.
