Alberto’s apartment was beautifully decorated, pristine, comfortable and convenient. Many details for comfort amenities available, convenient location for easy and walkable site seeing, easy check-in with detailed instructions, and very accommodating and helpful host! Would highly recommend staying here!

Conveniently situated near San Marco place. Very comfortable place, small but everything we needed was there. The host was very responsive to our queries and made contact several times to make sure we comfortable. We highly recommend Ca' dell 'Arciere!

Had an amazing stay in Venice for my wife’s birthday. Lisandra was very helpful and greeted us during check in at the apartment and even suggested some local restaurants and supermarket. The apartment was clean, and all the facilities were as advertised. The apartment was quiet and very close to some of the main attractions in Venice, only a few min walk. Can’t thank Lisandra enough for being such a gracious host. Hope to be back in Venice and stay longer next time.

우리 가족 모두가 매우 만족한 숙소였습니다. 준비해주신 맥주와 간식에서 세심한 배려가 느껴졌고, 예정보다 일찍 도착해 짐 보관만 부탁드렸는데도 기꺼이 이른 체크인을 도와주셔서 큰 감동을 받았습니다. 입실을 도와주셨던 분도 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 기분 좋게 여행을 시작할 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 산마르코 광장 바로 앞에 위치해 있어 늦은 시간에도 안전하게 유럽의 멋진 석양을 종탑 위에서 감상할 수 있었던 점이 특히 기억에 남습니다. 물론 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르는 수고는 있었지만, 그조차도 전혀 불편하게 느껴지지 않을 만큼 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 베네치아를 여행하는 지인이 있다면 자신 있게 추천드리고 싶은 곳입니다.

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

I had a fantastic stay at Sandrine's! The apartment is exceptionally spacious and spotless—perfect for a truly comfortable visit. The location is excellent, with everything you need just nearby. Sandrine was a wonderful host—so kind, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. An amazing place overall—highly recommended!

Great place to stay in Venice. Close to the S. Roma water bus stop and close to many great restaurants and cafes.

This was our first time to Venice and this apartment was great as we needed 3 bedrooms. It was in a quieter area of the the city and that was welcome after a busy day. We enjoyed the decor of the apartment and everything was very clean. The outside deck was great to relax on. Giacomo was a great host and helped us with recommendations, he was very attentive and friendly.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Nous remercions Pamela pour son accueil et sa réactivité. Pamela nous a offert un accueil au delà de nos attentes. Malgré le retard de notre train, tout s’est très bien goupillé. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous attendions et au descriptif. Tout était impeccable. Superbe séjour à Venise !!!

It was a nice apartment, with all possible amenities. Maybe a bit smaller than could be expected by the photos, but the patio was fantastic on sunny days. The coded lock was a great feature - no need to worry about keys. The neighborhood is one of the best for staying in Venice if one comes to the Biennale.

Barbara’s place is an ideal stay for Venice. It is tucked away so you’re not in the busiest areas, but still close enough where everything is walkable. We slept really well and enjoyed the unique bathrooms. Would recommend staying here!!

Great place! Used it as a rest stop between coming down from the Dolomites and visiting Venice/Caorle while traveling by car. The apartment is spacious and has everything you’d likely need during a trip. You’ll need to take a short 5-minute drive to Ceggia for dinner, but that shouldn’t be a problem if you have a car. Aniello is a great host — friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend the place!

We can’t thank Valentina’s team enough for making our stay so wonderful. The location is just off the busy section and is so quiet and calm. When we had questions, Valentina’s team was prompt and kind and very helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment and fantastic location!! Anna was able to help us arrange transport from our rental car drop off to the apartment, which was perfect. She also helped us with transportation to the airport at the end of the stay. The water taxi was actually one of our favorite things we did in Venice! We liked it more than our gondola ride. The location is perfect and quiet at night. We easily walked to everything we wanted to go to. Highly recommend!!

This is a really nice airy and spacious apartment with all the facilities one might need for a long stay. Whilst convenient and central, the street was also very peaceful and quiet.

Consiglio al 100% l'appartamento di Mirko. Funzionale in tutto: dal divano al tavolo alla cucina, fino al letto molto comodo. Tutto in ottimo stato inoltre l'appartamento è situato vicino al centro, pochi minuti a piedi da ponte di Rialto ma in una zona molto tranquilla, circondata da ristoranti e bar. Siamo stati davvero benissimo. Inoltre Mirko è stata una persona molto gentile e premurosa. 5 stelle meritatissime.

The place was perfect and looked even better than the pictures. The location is super walkable and close to everything that Venice has to offer. The host was very welcoming and offered great recommendations. You will not find a better 2 bed and 2 bath place! I would absolutely stay here again.
