You can even see the lake from the window or walk to the end of the road that dead ends into the lake. Some local attractions are Maumee Bay State Park, golf, a restaurant just a half block away, boat launch, carry out, bike path, and a city park on the lake which is a great place to watch the sunset. 130’ shared 2 lane driveway. Less than a mile to dining, golfing, bike path, boat launch, convenience store, bar and Maumee Bay State Park. This is a non smoking house the penalty is $250 or more. Just don’t smoke inside you’ll be fined way more than it’s worth and there’s plenty of spaces outside to do it.
