Capmany has more than ten wineries and your host Yves can teach you about local cuisine in form of: private dinners, hands-on cooking classes, or local experiences visiting wineries and food producers.

Finamente decorado, la mejor calidad en electrodomesticos, TV ULTRAMODERNO, mejor Ubicacion, cerca del mar, estacion de bus, estacion de tren. Imnumerables bares, restaurantes, grandes supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas excelentes vacaciones. No es necesario el automovil, pero de todos modos hay explanada, tambien parking de pago y disponemos de parking (gratuito),techado en cercanias. Plaza de 13 M2, mide 5x2,60, para coches pequeño + moto o bicicletas.

Enjoy the swimming pool (8mx3m) the poolhouse during the warm season 🍹 and the fireplace and winter sports (2h from ski resorts ⛷️) in the wintertime 🪵. Wonderful sea views, lots of light, very calm, perfect location. Charming contemporary house, located in pedestrian street in town center. 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, bars and beaches. Terrace with sliding doors (open space) with amazing views. Air conditioned (&floor heating). Perfect duplex for family or two couples. Loft ambiance upstairs, two bathrooms, one in each level. Beautiful desk table with sea views. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine,WIFI.

The apartment is on the heights of Banyuls sur mer, pretty village by the sea near the Spanish border and not far from Perpignan , the rental is located on the ground floor of the villa with a separate entrance!
